~ 施身法之功德利益~
施身法以慈悲之鉤刀，观想供施自己的身体來累积资粮，將自身五根血肉，上供諸佛菩薩，下施六道血肉，令彼調伏，亦斷身心二執，消除業之方便法门，修完之後，能消除障礙或痊癒心理或生理之疾病，尤其我們過去所造之惡業及累世之怨親債主有著極大之關係，甚而病痛缠身，凡事無法吉祥順利，而此殊胜之施身法经由上師实地修持，如理观想，將我等最执着之色身布施予怨亲债主，使他们不再對我等制造任何障碍，而一切病痛亦將痊愈。欢迎法友們踊跃亲自前來参加，特別是有病痛之人，此法更具效益。
~ Merits and Benefits of Chöd ~
Chöd accumulates merit by offering one's own body through visualisation, via compassionate mind. The practitioner's five senses and flesh are offered to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and to beings of the six realms, that thereby subduing the karmic creditors. This practice helps to eliminate the dual grasping of body and mind and serves as a method to remove karma. After completing the practice, obstacles may be cleared, and psychological or physical illnesses may be healed. Particularly, this practice is effective for ailments related to past bad karma and karmic debts from previous lives. It is said that through proper visualization and practice guided by the master, offering one's body to karmic creditors can prevent them from causing any further harm, leading to the healing of all illnesses. All Dharma friends are warmly invited to participate, especially those suffering from illness, as this practice is especially beneficial.

大黑天金刚舞法会 (Black Mahakala Cham (Lama Dance) Puja)
～ 藏傳佛教中的金剛舞，是以法舞的形式來表達佛法的甚深密意, 具有“见即解脱”的功德，僅透過觀看金剛舞修持，只要有缘亲见，即代表福德具足、障碍垢轻，既能增益本尊法“生起次第”的修持，更能在未来种下解脱的善种子，可逐漸去除修行上的逆緣，累積順緣漸次成佛。
蓮花生大士曾经开示，只要親見金剛舞修持，即象征自己罪障可漸次淨除，功德可逐漸增進，僅只眼見也可淨罪積福德，金剛舞的功德是如此不可思議。
～ Benefits of Black Mahakala Cham Lama Dance:
In Tibetan Buddhism, the Lama Dance is a form of expressing the profound and secret meaning of the Dharma through dance. It carries the blessing of “liberation upon seeing.” Simply by witnessing the Vajra Dance, if one has the karmic connection to encounter it, it signifies sufficient merit and the lessening of obstacles and defilements. It enhances one’s practice of the deity yoga in the “generation stage,” and at the same time plants the virtuous seed of liberation for the future. Gradually, it removes adverse conditions in practice, accumulates favorable conditions, and step by step leads toward Buddhahood.
Guru Rinpoche said, “by seeing Lama dance your sin and obstacles will purify and improving all the knowledges.” Also said that “dharma dance has a lots benefits by only seeing by eyes can accumulating merits and purifying the obstacles ”

Rinpoche has stated that this puja is beneficial for those who stutter, experience unknown shaking, suffer from insomnia, autism, hyperactivity, serious illnesses, unknown diseases, mental illness, bad luck, work-related difficulties, and those who have conflicts with ceremonial occasions. All are welcome.

《迦旺罗德仁波切简介》
第14世（萨迦昆族传承）迦旺罗德仁波切出生于1977年，他是已逝贡噶杰森上师的儿子，现在是东甲楚卓萨迦寺的14世传承的法主。这座于尼泊尔洪喇省的寺庙有超过500年的历史。
迦旺罗德上师出生于拥有悠久和丰富历史的昆家族，9岁时进入寺院。他在印度的德拉敦的萨迦学院接受传统的寺院教育和法会训练。他从萨迦天津法王、祿頂堪仁波切及已逝的究给·企千仁波切那儿接受高级的密宗灌顶和教导。
他在1994年加 入印度的萨迦寺院(Sakya Institute in Putuwalla),在这里他学习六部经书，然后在九年内完成了所有的课程，毕业后得 到萨迦学院的 Loppon 学位(相当于博士学位)，并在萨迦学院当老师教学数年。
作为一位世袭传承持有者和宗教导师，他被萨迦法王委派回到他的寺院，以弘扬佛法，特别是萨迦派的传承。除了上述的东嘎曲宗寺外，仁波切还负责照看帕萨迦宝达寺以及位于尼泊尔多蒂区塞蒂安查尔的学校。
《 The biography of 14th Khon Lineage Ngawang Lodoe Rinpoche 》
Ngawang Lodoe Rinpoche was bon in 1977. He is the son of late Khon Kunga Gyaltsen Rinpoche and the 14th Khon lineage holder of Dungkar Choezom Sakya Monastery, Humla Nepal. The monastery was built over 500 years ago by the earlier Sakya Lineage holders.
Coming from a Khon family of long and rich history, Rinpoche entered monastic life at the age of 9. He received his monastic education in Sakya Centre, Dehradun India and completed all his formal study of the traditional rites and rituals of the Sakya tradition. He received high ta***ic initiations and teachings from His Holiness Sakya Trizin, the
late H.E. Chogye Trichen Rinpoche and HE Luding Khenchen Rinpoche He joined the Sakva Institute in Puruwalla, District Himachal Pradesh, India for higher studies in 1994. There he studied the six volume of treatises and successfully completed all the courses over the next 9 years. Upon graduation from Sakya Institute with Loppon degree, which is equivalent to Master Degree, he continued on as a teacher for a number of years.
As a hereditary Lineage holder and the religious teacher in the region he was assigned by His Holiness Sakya Trizin to go back to his monastery to propagate the Buddha Dharma in general and Sakyapa Tradition in particular. Apart from the said monastery Dungkar Choezom, Rinpoche is also taking care of Pal Sakya Boudha Monastery and a school project at Setianchal, District Doti, Nepal.
