Christmas with a touch of giving spirit to the elderly community at Persatuan Syukur Penyayang (Ayer Itam). Collaboration with HOPE worldwide Malaysia, we had lunch together , brought along food and groceries donation, had some mini games, and lastly sang caroling for the elderly. Penang Church is celebrating God’s faithfulness and strength for 30 years. With the theme ‘Soar Like Eagles’, taken from Isaiah 40:31, we continue our hope in the Lord, and finding renewed strength to glorify His name.

We are honored to have Steven and Agnes Tan from Singapore Church to grace our celebration and they will preach on a sermon entitled ‘Hearts on Fire🔥’; they led the Penang Church 26 years ago and their journey is a faith building testimony.

Join us in this anniversary celebration and be encouraged and inspired by God’s words.

In other translation, it reads ‘But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.’ This is a great promise from God, a promise to everyone who is willing to wait and put their hope in Jesus. To run and not get tired, to be strong, not become weak. Not to be weary and not to be anxious. But to run, leap, fly, soar, and conquer. To be transformed and not conform. The Bible tells us we can when we put our hope in God.
