A new month is upon us, and with it comes another opportunity to seek God together in prayer.

Join us for our first prayer meeting of June this evening at 8:30PM @ PCC Georgetown. As we begin the month, let's commit our plans, our families, our church, and our nation into God's hands.

We also welcome back our leaders from their retreat. We pray that they have been refreshed, renewed, and recharged in God's presence, ready to continue serving His people with passion, wisdom, and a heart on fire for Him.

"Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles..." — Isaiah 40:31

Same time. Same place. Same faithful God.
Let's gather and seek Him together.

Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. - James 3:13

This verse teaches that true wisdom is not proven by words alone, but by the way we live.

What we can learn from the verse:
1. Wisdom is Seen Through Actions
A truly wise person reflects wisdom through a good and godly lifestyle, not just through knowledge or speech.

2. Humility is a Sign of Wisdom
Real wisdom produces humility, gentleness, and kindness—not pride or arrogance.

3. Faith Should Be Lived Out
Our character, attitude, and actions should reflect Christ in everyday life.

James 3:13 reminds us that wisdom is more than intelligence—it is living with humility, integrity, and love. A life that honours God will naturally become a testimony to others.

True wisdom is shown not by how much we know, but by how faithfully we live.

Daniel 12:3 is a beautiful encouragement verse about the eternal reward and impact of living wisely and leading others toward God.

What we can learn is that:
1. Wisdom Comes from God
True wisdom is not just knowledge, but living according to God’s ways and truth.

2. Be a Light to Others
Those who guide others toward righteousness—through love, encouragement, teaching, or sharing the Gospel—will “shine like the stars.”
Our actions and testimony can influence lives for eternity.

3. Faithfulness Has Eternal Value
God sees every act of obedience, service, and faithfulness.
The verse reminds believers that living for God has an eternal reward beyond this life.

Daniel 12:3 encourages us to live wisely, remain faithful, and continue shining God’s light wherever we are. Even small acts of kindness, encouragement, and sharing God’s truth can lead others closer to Him.

May our lives reflect Christ so brightly that others are drawn to His righteousness.

As we come to the end of another month, let’s gather with thankful hearts for all that God has done throughout May.

Join us this evening at 8:30PM @ PCC Georgetown as we close the month in prayer, worship, and thanksgiving — committing the days ahead into His faithful hands.

Let’s finish May strong in God’s presence and step into a new month with renewed faith and expectation.
“From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised.” — Psalm 113:3
Come and end the month with prayer together.

Proverbs 4:23 teaches the importance of protecting our hearts — our thoughts, emotions, desires, and spiritual condition.

Why? Because the heart influences:
- our words
- our decisions
- our attitudes
- our actions
- our relationship with God and others
What fills the heart eventually shapes the whole life.

This verse is teaching us that:
1. The heart is spiritually important
God cares deeply about our inner life, not just outward appearance.

2. What we allow in matters
The influences we entertain can strengthen or weaken our walk with God.

3. A guarded heart leads to a godly life
When our hearts stay close to God, our lives reflect Him more clearly.

Application for our everyday life:
1. Be mindful of what influences you
Guard your heart from negativity, bitterness, temptation, and unhealthy influences.

2. Fill your heart with God’s Word
Spend time in prayer, worship, and Scripture daily.

3. Protect your spiritual health
Stay connected to godly fellowship and accountability.

4. Examine your heart regularly
Ask God to reveal attitudes or thoughts that need correction.

A healthy spiritual life begins with a guarded heart.

Lord, help me to guard my heart carefully.
Fill it with Your truth, peace, and wisdom.
Protect me from anything that draws me away from You, and let my life reflect Your love daily. Amen.

What a powerful and blessed weekend at PCC as we welcomed our special speaker, Dr Gayle Claxton, for our Penang Revival Meeting!

Through the Word, she shared on the Power of Worship from Genesis 22:1–14, reminding us how worship is rooted in surrender, faith, and obedience to God.

These timely messages challenged and encouraged us to trust God deeper and worship Him wholeheartedly.
