大马佛教文化协会在2005由慧海大和尚领导下成立，它秉持佛陀的慈悲喜舍精神，透过佛教信仰、教育与文化传承，为忙碌的普罗大众提供一个净化心灵的学习空间及文化交流的平台，将佛法落实在生活上，以慈悲营造祥和社会，透过文教提升奉献精神，发掘般若智慧净化身心灵，学习及效法菩萨利人利己的精神，透过活动、课程等种种生活中体验，达至人格的升华，乃至能为国家、社会奉献。
几经波折、不懈的坚持及三宝的加被，本会终于获得雪州政府批准及颁发一小片宗教地，并正式取得建筑图册批准。为裨使这人间灵山–佛来寺 早日落实，本会成立了建寺基金，并诚邀您与我们一起来耕耘这一份福田，把佛陀的教育、佛教的法海散播在人间，让佛法实践在人间、三宝久住。祈望您的慈心捐助、踊跃支持、随喜供养，将获得广大殊胜福德。

The Association, though housed in a venue of borrowed dwelling, has provided a platform to promote Dharma practices in daily life, developing a peaceful and harmonious society with compassion and dedication. After some years of perseverance, we were blessed with a piece of religious land located in Medan Damai, Cheras, and successfully procured a Building Plan approval from the Selangor State authority, thus providing us with a proper platform for realisation of the Buddha dharma. In conjunction thereof, we have established a Building Fund for the development of the Bodhi Dharma Vihara, and would cordially invite you to join us in this worthy cause. May your benevolence, kind donations and generous support be blessed with unsurpassed fields of merit.
