Living in the love of God is more than just knowing that God loves us.
It is learning to rest, rely, and walk daily in that love.
One thing that deeply stood out from last sunday sermon was how the human heart struggles to truly love on its own. Many times, we love conditionally, fearfully, or only when it feels safe. But Scripture reminds us:
“We love because He first loved us.”
— 1 John 4:19
When a person genuinely believes that God loves them, it transforms their entire life. Fear begins to lose its grip. Peace replaces striving. Faith becomes more than just rules. It becomes a lifestyle shaped by grace, patience, forgiveness, and Christlike love.
Living and walking in God’s love is intentional.
It means:
• Remaining in His presence
• Feeding on His Word
• Allowing His love to shape our daily actions, relationships, and ministry
And perhaps one of the strongest reminders was this:
When we fear, we often doubt God’s love for us and in return, struggle to demonstrate His love to others.
May we continue not only to receive His love, but also reflect it to the world around us. 🤍
