Faith can co-exist together with Science 信仰可以与科学共存

Science and technology can continue to advance, and we should embrace their progress. However, we should not lose faith in Buddha or dismiss forms of knowledge and wisdom that remain beyond our current understanding.

Human knowledge is limited, and there are many aspects of existence that we cannot fully explain or control. We live in a world far greater and more complex than what we can presently comprehend, and humility should remind us that not everything can be understood through science alone.

科学与科技可以不断进步，我们也应该拥抱这些发展。然而，我们不应该因此失去对佛陀以及那些超越现阶段人类理解的智慧与知识的信念。因为人类的认知始终是有限的，而这个世界上还有许多我们无法解释、无法掌控的事物。

我们生活在一个远比我们所能理解的更加广阔、复杂的世界里。因此，在追求科学与科技进步的同时，也应当保持谦卑，承认并尊重那些尚未被我们理解的智慧与真理。

Mind is the Buddha 心即是佛

Form is emptiness, and emptiness is form. Within and without are not two; the inner reflects the outer, and the outer reflects the inner. Beyond all distinctions, there is only the boundless field of being.

While reciting the mantra of Shakyamuni Buddha, I happened to look up and see a beautiful cloud resembling Him. A gentle and unexpected moment of grace. 🙏☁️

May all beings be at peace. May all beings be free from suffering. May there be peace, compassion, and loving-kindness in every heart. 🪷

色即是空，空即是色。内外不二，内映于外，外映于内。超越一切分别与执著，唯有无边无际的存在之境。 🪷🙏

诵念释迦牟尼佛的圣号时，偶然抬头，看见一朵美丽的云，仿佛就是佛陀的身影。那是一个温柔而意外的恩典时刻。🙏☁️

愿一切众生皆得安宁。愿一切众生远离苦难。愿每一颗心中，都有和平、慈悲与慈爱。🪷

🪷 为台湾祈福 Prayers for Taiwan 🪷

亲爱的台湾佛友们：诚挚邀请大家共同持诵《楞严咒》，并将诵咒功德回向台湾，祈愿台湾平安、人民安康、社会和谐。愿大众同心发愿，共同祈愿灾难远离、国泰民安、吉祥如意；也愿此功德回向法界一切众生，令众生离苦得乐，平安幸福。🙏

马来西亚楞严五方佛教会曾分别于2016年及2018年，将《楞严咒》恭送至台湾高雄古严寺及宜兰孔雀开成寺。我们期盼台湾的高僧法师，善用《楞严咒》的殊胜功德，为台湾人民祈福消灾、化解灾厄、广施慈悲，为社会带来平安与福祉。

此时刻，马来西亚楞严五方佛教会再次祝愿高雄、宜兰及全台湾人民平安吉祥，愿未来一年风调雨顺、灾难远离、佛法兴隆、国土安宁。

Dear Fellow Buddhist Friends in Taiwan,

We warmly invite everyone to recite the Surangama Mantra (Shurangama Mantra) and dedicate the merits of this practice to the peace, safety, and well-being of Taiwan. May our collective aspirations help avert disasters, bring harmony to society, and bless all beings with peace, happiness, and freedom from suffering. 🙏

In 2016 and 2018, the Shurangama Dhamma Association Malaysia respectfully presented the Surangama Mantra to Gu Yan Temple in Kaohsiung and Peacock Kaicheng Temple in Yilan, Taiwan. It was our sincere hope that the accomplished monastics there would make good use of this profound mantra to pray for the welfare of the people of Taiwan, help alleviate suffering, dispel calamities, and extend compassion and blessings to all.

At this time, the Shurangama Dhamma Association Malaysia once again extends its heartfelt wishes to our Buddhist friends in Kaohsiung, Yilan, and throughout Taiwan. May the coming year be filled with peace, harmony, safety, and auspiciousness. May disasters be averted, the Buddhadharma flourish, and all people enjoy lasting well-being.
