青龍宫位於森甲交界之小鎮-普罗士邦，一九六十三年建立迄今已有数十年歷史。
回溯四十多年前，本埠邱光立先生住宅，供奉張公聖君(簡稱三付公)，每年神誕，只有寥寥三幾盟友集合酬神餐會。
每年農曆正月廿六日三府公請到野新吉山的青山宫觀大戲看熱鬧！至二月初四才請回梁燈火先生住家，俾讓善信膜拜，同時決定熱閙慶祝三付公，舉行遊境，沿途鼓樂喧天。多年來，都是如此，盟友人數也逐年增加，不久因遵盟友善信心願，另雕塑一尊張公聖君金身，安奉於梁燈火先生住家，並定每年農曆七月廿三日慶祝張公聖君聖誕，盟友善信酬神餐會亦已增.....
