修行 = 修心 + 行动。

修心：调整情绪、减少烦躁、放下执念。
修行（行动）：在现实生活中练习，比如说话、做事、待人, 不是躲起来，而是在生活中练。

常见的修行方式：
1.不同人适合不同方式：静心类、冥想、打坐、深呼吸让你不那么容易烦躁。
2.行为修行： 少抱怨、少生气。 练习“慢一点回应”，不被别人情绪带走。
3.能量/磁场类：水晶、环境整理、 桌面干净、颜色平衡（心会稳很多）。
4.传统修行：念经、拜佛。

真正的修行重点（很多人误解）
不是：一直忍、 压抑自己/ 什么都不在乎。
而是：看清情绪，但不被控制。有界限，但不带攻。外界乱，你内在不乱。

Self cultivation refers to the process of improving oneself mentally, morally, and spiritually through discipline, reflection, and practice.

It can include:
1.Inner growth (calming the mind, reducing ego, increasing awareness).

2.Moral development (kindness, patience, integrity).

3.Spiritual training (meditation, mindfulness, religious practices).

4.Life discipline (habits, behavior, lifestyle choices)

In short: Becoming a better, more balanced, and awakened version of yourself over time.
