Grangers to Mexico

Grangers to Mexico Hello! We’re the Grangers, missionaries to Mexico. Hello we are the Granger family. Trent, Stephanie, Gabriella, and Spurgeon.

Our mission: plant churches, make disciples, and train local believers to do the same—multiplying Gospel impact for generations. The Lord has called us to serve him on the mission field in Mexico. We have planted a church in Zacatecas Mexico and now we are planting a church in Guadalajara Mexico. We do regular soul-winning as well as Bible clubs and church services! We are blessed to be called to

serve Him here! Please pray with us that the Lord would do a mighty work here in Mexico and see many souls saved and revival break out among these people!

Today was one of those simple but good ministry days.

I had the opportunity to help fellow missionary Sal Lara at his church by trimming trees and helping clean up the property. It may seem like a small thing, but ministry is often built through simple acts of service behind the scenes.

We spent the day working, fellowshipping, laughing, and serving together — and I’m thankful for men who are faithfully laboring for the Gospel here in Mexico.

Please continue praying for the churches here, for laborers, and for the Gospel to continue moving forward. 🇲🇽✝️

This morning I was on the rooftop, coffee in hand, praying as I looked over the city God has called us to.

It’s a reminder—this isn’t just where we live… it’s where people need the Gospel.

Every street represents souls. Every home represents a story.

Thank you for praying. Thank you for standing with us as we reach this place for Christ.

We made it to Guadalajara last night!

Thank you to those who prayed for us, we were traveling for nearly 17 hours. The children did so well, but by the time we arrived, they were completely exhausted.

Please continue to pray for us as we have much to take care of before we can fully settle in. We are so thankful to be here and are trusting the Lord for each step ahead.

Thank you all so much for your prayers!
We made it to the border!

We were able to cross into Mexico and go through immigration to get Wesley’s visa and by God’s kindness, there were no lines. We were the only ones there…until it was time to cross back into America of course.

Tomorrow we will be on the road at 5:00 AM for the 11-hour drive to Guadalajara. It will be a long day, especially for the kiddos, but our hearts are full, and we are praising the Lord that we are in the home stretch!

Please pray for safety, protection, and as smooth a travel day as possible as we drive through Mexico.

We wanted to share a quick update on this busy and exciting week!

On Thursday, Trent flew back to Indiana. Friday was spent packing up our last few belongings, and on Saturday we traveled to Kentucky to spend Sunday worshiping with Trent’s grandparents and saying our goodbyes.

Now, we begin the long journey ahead. We have about 35 hours of driving before arriving in Guadalajara. Our plan, Lord willing, is to reach the border by Wednesday night, obtain a visa for Wesley on Thursday, and then cross on Friday. From there, we will drive straight through about 11 hours through Mexico to Guadalajara.

We would greatly appreciate your prayers in the days ahead…for safety, strength, and grace for our children during a full week of travel.

Thank you so much for your continued love, prayers, support, and encouragement. The Lord has been so good and faithful to us, and we are eager to be back in Mexico by the end of this week, serving Him for His glory!

We would like to take a moment to express our gratitude to each of our supporting churches and individuals. Time and again, the Lord reminds us how gracious He has been to surround us with such faithful and prayerful partners in ministry!

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to drive an hour and ten minutes to drop in and attend a service at one of our supporting churches. The Lord, in His kindness, provided exactly the encouragement I needed.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with such encouragement! The youth leader shared that they had just prayed for our family during Sunday school, (I also had teens come up to me saying they just prayed for us in Sunday school) and several others said the same. What made it especially meaningful was that I did not have to explain that Trent is in Mexico preparing things for the children and me…everyone already knew…they had been faithfully following our updates and lifting us up in prayer!

It was such a blessing to be reminded that we are not just another face on a wall, but a family they love, and faithfully pray for. I left feeling strengthened, uplifted, and deeply cared for.

Thank you for standing with us. Your prayers, encouragement, and faithful support mean more than words can express. It is a privilege to labor together for the cause of Christ, and we are truly grateful for each of you.

THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!
WE HAVE THE BEST SUPPORTERS behind us and WE ARE PRAYING FOR YOU TOO!

God has been so good these past couple of weeks.

I made a trip down to Mexico to find a place for our family, and I’m thankful to say—we found a house! It’s exciting to see the Lord continuing to put all the pieces together as we get closer to making the full move.

Now I’m headed to the border to get everything ready for our belongings to be shipped down. One more big step forward.

I want to give a huge thank you to Missionary Jerry Shaw and Sal Lara for all their help during this trip. Their guidance, time, and support have meant a lot to us, and we’re grateful to be serving alongside them.

Please keep praying for us as we finish these final steps and prepare to transition fully to the field. We’re looking forward to what God is going to do in Mexico!
