1 Timoteo capítulo 3.

1. Aquí hay una declaración en la que puede confiar: cualquiera que aspire a ser un "líder de la congregación (lo que la mayoría de la gente llama iglesia)" está buscando un trabajo que valga la pena. 2. Un líder de congregación debe ser irreprochable, debe ser fiel a su esposa, templado, autocontrolado, ordenado, hospitalario y capaz de enseñar. 3. No debe beber en exceso ni meterse en peleas físicas; más bien debe ser amable y gentil. No debe ser un amante del dinero. 4 debe administrar bien su propio hogar, tener hijos que lo obedezcan con el debido respeto; 5 porque si un hombre no puede manejar la suya, ¿cómo podrá cuidar de la comunidad mesiánica de Dios (lo que la mayoría de la gente llama iglesia)? 6 No debe ser un nuevo creyente, porque podría enorgullecerse de orgullo y caer así bajo el mismo juicio que el Adversario. Además, debe estar bien informado por los extraños, para que no caiga en desgracia y caiga en la trampa del adversario.


4 La Rua Ja Khodesh (espíritu de santidad) declara expresamente que en los tiempos posteriores a este mensaje, algunas personas renegarán de la fe prestando atención a los espíritus engañadores y las cosas enseñadas por los demonios. Tales enseñanzas provienen de la hipocresía de los mentirosos cuyas propias conciencias han sido quemadas, como con un hierro al rojo vivo. Prohiben el matrimonio y requieren la abstinencia de los alimentos que Dios creó para ser comidos con acción de gracias por aquellos que han llegado a confiar y conocer la verdad. Porque todo lo creado por Dios es bueno, y nada recibido con acción de gracias debe ser rechazado. 5 porque la palabra de Dios y la oración lo hacen santo.

1 Timothy chapter 3.

1. Here is a statement you can trust: anyone aspiring to be a "congregation (what most people call church) leader" is seeking worthwhile work. 2. A congregation leader must be above reproach, he must be faithful to his wife, temperate, self-controlled, orderly, hospitable and able to teach. 3.He must not drink excessively or get into physical fights; rather he must be kind and gentle. He must not be a lover of money. 4 he must manage his own household well, having children who obey him with all proper respect; 5 for if a man cannot manage his own, how will he be able to care for God's messianic community (what most people call church). 6 He must not be a new believer, because he might become puffed up with pride and thus fall under the same judgement as did the Adversary. Furthermore he must be well reguarded by outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the Adversary's trap.


4 The Rua Ja Khodesh (spirit of holiness) expressly states that in the times after this message, some people will apostatize from the faith by paying attention to deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come from hypocrisy of liars whose own consciences have been burned, as with a red hot branding iron. They forbid marriage and require abstinence from foods which God created to be eaten with thanksgiving by thlse who have come to trust and to know the truth. For everything created by God is good, and nothing received with thanksgiving needs to be rejected. 5 because the word of God and prayer make it holy.

We will not put on a rock concert and light show at our church. Nowhere have i found in the letters to the churches instruction for music or worship being related to music.

No haremos un concierto de rock y un espectáculo de luces en nuestra iglesia. En ninguna parte he encontrado en las cartas a las iglesias instrucciones para música o adoración relacionadas con la música.

También seguimos un par de enseñanzas simples sobre la iglesia (o la congregación). Si se ejerce el don de lenguas, déjelo por 2 o 3 como máximo, y cada uno a su vez. Y deja que alguien interpese. Y si no hay nadie presente que pueda interpelar, que las personas que hablan en lenguas guarden silencio cuando la congregación se reúna, pueden hablar a sí mismos y a Dios ........

Como en todas las congregaciones del pueblo de Dios, que las mujeres permanezcan en silencio cuando la congregación se reúna; ciertamente no se les permite hablar. Más bien, que permanezcan subordinados, como también dice la Torá; y si hay algo que quieren saber, que les pregunten a sus esposos en casa; porque es vergonzoso que una mujer hable en una reunión congregacional.

Also we follow a couple simple teachings about church (or the congregation)  If the gift of tongues is exercised, let it be by 2 or 3 at most, and each in turn.  And let someone interperet. And if there is no one present who can interperet, let the people who speak in tongues keep silent when the congregation meets, they can speak to themselves and to God........

As in all the congregations  of God's people, let the women remain silent when the congregation meets; they are certainly not permitted to speak out.  Rather, let them remain subordinate, as also the Torah says; and if there is something they want to know, let them ask their own husbands at home; for it is shameful for a woman to speak out in a congregational meeting.
