Current projects and focuses in Mexico.
Iv had friends and people ask hey what do yall need so i made this list.
I hope it helps give ideas ✅️❤️
☆ 1. Casa Oracion Cristo Liberta -
Pastor Joel and his wife have started a mens drug recovery home.
Iv asked what his current needs are and this is what he has told me
• 1 - A deep freezer for food.
He said the guys eay alot.
• 2 - Bunk beds - usually the cheapest way to do this is to build them out of wood.
• 3 - Spanish recovery bibles, note books, pens.
• 4 - Shop fans & a mini split - they currently do not have ac and due to power surges their fans are burnt out.
• 5 - A karaoke machine - Used for worship time and or church time.
•6 - Musical instruments -
Guitar
Keyboard
Accordian
( If you'd like more info on how you can help please reach out to me. )
☆ 2. Mexico food bank missions -
Pastor Joel has 27 seed plant churches that we help support.
They also need food.
We usually take him shopping to a Mexican type sams club where we buy food in bulk because its cheaper then make up food bags for giveaways.
•Which typically consist of beans and rice, cooking oil, eggs, sugar, drink mixes, tortilla mixes. Ect.
Usually services is had at the churches and the gospel is shared then food is given afterwards.
☆ 3. Recycled sunday school supplies -
I am currently gathering used suday school and vbs teaching packets and supplies.
I can use the cartoon photos in these packets.
-If your church has lots of packets gathing dust somewhere id be thrilled to have them !
They will be used to teach kids and adults in the mountain churches.
Most churches are dirt floor churches without acs, tvs, electric or anything fancy.
- Also old feltboards with characters would be useful as well.
☆ 4. Spanish bibles -
Audio bibles and spanish book bibles are always a need.
As well as christian spanish books.
I always have pastors asking for boxes of bibkes to give away.
Most people don't own their own bibles because of how expe they they are so they are often shared between families.
