Our 24-Hour Full Moon Practice is ongoing from 10 a.m. Friday, September 9, to 10 a.m. (New York time) on Saturday.

At the start of each 90-minute shift, a mantra host will guide participants in a 30-minute meditation of "Through Stillness, Awaken Clear, Positive Action". To support our meditative experience, mantra hosts will then continue to guide us in alternating 5-minute sessions of recitation of the A OM HUNG mantra and 15-minute sessions of contemplative silence. These alternating sessions will continue until the next shift of mantra hosts begins.
