Would you please help us cover Elliott & the Panama mission team in prayer? We may not be able to hear from Elliott while he is in the villages, but we know that the Lord is with him—and with every member of this team.
This week Elliott and the team are serving in remote mountain villages in Ngäbe-Buglé, Panama, alongside believers from La Comunidad Bible Church and those working to establish a church among the people there.
They are spending time door to door sharing the Gospel, praying with people, ministering to children through VBS activities, sharing their testimonies, and showing the JESUS film in the villages.
🙏 Pray for divine encounters—that Elliott and every member of the team will recognize the people God specifically puts in their path and boldly and lovingly share Jesus.
🙏 Pray for the children and families who attend VBS and come to watch the JESUS film—that hearts will be open and that seeds of truth will take root.
🙏 Pray for lasting fruit and the church plant—that this will be about much more than a mission trip. Pray that God uses it to strengthen the work already happening there and draw people into a lasting relationship with Christ and His church.
🙏 Pray for spiritual protection and discernment. Ask God to make each team member sensitive to His voice and His presence and to give them wisdom, courage and discernment in every encounter.
🙏 Pray for strength, health and unity as they travel, hike, serve and minister in unfamiliar and physically demanding surroundings.
Most of all, pray that Jesus would be made known.
May every mile walked, every child loved, every prayer prayed, every testimony shared and every Gospel conversation bear fruit that remains for the kingdom & glory of God!
