El Instituto Marista, a través del Br. Peter Carroll, Superior General, pide una prórroga del cese al fuego para incluir al y el cese inmediato de todas las operaciones militares.
Con más de 1 millón de personas desplazadas, los niños se encuentran entre los más afectados, enfrentando lesiones, traumas y trastornos de la vida diaria. La comunidad marista del Líbano, incluidas dos escuelas y el Proyecto Fratelli, sigue apoyando a las familias y a los niños necesitados.
El Instituto destaca que se debe proteger a los niños y que se debe respetar el derecho internacional humanitario.

The Marist Institute, through Br. Peter Carroll, Superior General, calls for an extension of the ceasefire to include and for the immediate cessation of all military operations.
With over 1 million people displaced, children are among the most affected, facing injury, trauma, and disruption of daily life. The Marist community in Lebanon, including two schools and the Fratelli Project, continues to support families and children in need.
The Institute stresses that children must be protected and that international humanitarian law must be respected.
