Take a few minutes to reflect and pray with us.

“Lord God, forgive me for being so often too busy to call out to You in prayer. Help me learn from Your Son’s example that habitual prayer is not just an obligation or something to check off my list. Time spent with You is restorative and life-giving. Remind me even amid the noise and clamor of daily life that ‘I need Thee every hour’ and that anything and everything that makes me need You is a blessing. Amen.” (p.98)

Prayer is the key—prolonged, passionate, pleading, intimate, yearning. Breathe together, and He exhales you. Inhale, and that divine kiss of sacred intimacy as a lover of God is what opens doors for you.

That's what increases favor in your life. That's what people sense when they're around you. The fragrance of someone else in your life and in your life. Prayer is that key to becoming useful in the master's hand.

When we were little children we barely stammered our words, yet our father understood us. Our prayers may be like fragments that we cannot put together, but our FATHER listens to us, reads the content and understands the desires of our hearts.

Cuando eramos niños pequeñitos apenas y balbuceábamos nuestras palabras, no obstante nuestro padre nos entiendía. Nuestras oraciones pueden ser como fragmentos que no podemos juntar, pero nuestro PADRE nos escucha, lee el contenido y entiende los deseos de nuestro corazón.
