Crossroads CF is an inter-denominational English-speaking Christian Church serving La Paz, BCS, Mexico. Services in English each Sunday @ 9:00 am.

We recently had the opportunity to provide a new fridge for Mama Benita's Shelter here in La Paz. Twenty-two years ago she opened her own home to help women living in domestic violence. Since then the shelter has expanded to include children, the homeless and even seniors who have no one to help them. Every day she provides three meals, safe shelter and opportunities to work to approximately 40 people. Imagine doing that without a functional fridge! We are blessed to be a part of her work here in La Paz. Anyone willing to provide clothing (new or used), blankets in winter, food, or financial donations will be greatly appreciated.

Crossroads and Casa Buena are co-hosting their annual Thanksgiving Potluck on Thursday, November 27th at 1 PM at the Casa Buena Palapa, Belisario Dominguez 3065. At the church there is a sign-up sheet for these categories: main dishes, side dishes, desserts, beverages as well as disposable plates, glasses and cutlery are needed. Turkeys have been provided by Casa Buena. Some common side dishes have required quantities. Contact Nahla at +1 (415) 307-5704 via Whatsapp if you want to add your name to the list. From October 19 through November 23, 2025 we will be following a new series based on 2 Peter 3:18 entitled "Astounded by Glory: The Key to Spiritual Maturity".

We often talk in Christian circles about the glory of God and our endeavor to live in such a way that brings Him glory. But how do we define glory, and what does the Bible teach us about the glory of God? Are there consequences for nations and individuals if they do not glorify God? And what does it mean for the Christian to live for the glory of God? Join us Sunday mornings as we explore this and more! Starting Thursday, November 6th the Ladies Bible Study will be returning to in-person meetings at the church at 10AM. Our study will be on a book called Every Thought Captive by Kyle Idleman. In a nutshell it's about using Biblical principles to control your negative thoughts. "What you think about creates your attitudes, governs your emotions, determines your behavior, shapes your relationships, and ultimately defines your life. But armed with wisdom from God's Word and the latest information about brain health, you can take control over your thoughts and embrace the full and flourishing life you long for."
Everyone is responsible for getting their own copy of the book in either printed or digital form so that you can get the most out of the study. Available on Amazon or other book vendors.
