There was an article posted today regarding the dump, and the continued education in reference to the scholarships provided by many of our loyal and dedicated sponsors.

Bob and I would like to communicate that our ministry is clearly misrepresented in this article. The article is in Mexico Daily News.

We will be reaching out to them tomorrow morning to correct. The article states that donations are accepted through ccv ixtapa church which is absolutely not the case. Ccv ixtapa and love for los niños de Mexico are 2 separate entities, and donations made to the church are not for the educational scholarships.

We are no longer affiliated with ccv ixtapa church.

In addition, the sponsorship $$$ amounts are not alignment with actual costs. 

We want to thank the many folks that continue to support the much needed educational needs in the Ixtapa area.

Hello CCV Ixtapa!
As you know, Bob and Michelle have changed their mission, and at the end of 2021, will no longer be affiliated with the church CCV Ixtapa. With that being said, our name has officially changed to:

“Love for Los Ninos”
Educational Scholarships.

We are delighted to have 16 children attending a Christian private school right outside of the Dump school (Escuela Nueva Manitoba) located in La Puerta. The schools name is CIDI. They have done an amazing job of caring for our sweet children and we are so thankful for them and their staff.

Included in the scholarship program are the children of the new CCV Ixtapa pastor as well as the children of the new school directors of the dump school.

The kids are doing so good in school. We are so pleased with their progress, and most importantly the fact that they are getting a solid education.

Hi everyone!
Thanks to so many of you, we were able to help with following for the basurero;

📚A pair of new shoes for every student
📚2 new uniforms for each student
📚socks for each student
📚 a plastic box for each student filled with school supplies that will be left at the school daily

The school supplies in a plastic shoe box was an idea brought on by many folks on a trip to the basurero and it finally happened!

Thank you for always being willing to support these children. We continue to be grateful to serve them.

Pastor Jorge, thank you for your willingness to be on the ground to coordinate the purchase on behalf of the original ccv ixtapa church.

Hi everyone!
Thank you to so many of you that have sponsored a child to go to school in the private Christian school in Ixtapa Mexico.

So far, we have 10 sponsors, for 10 children. We still have 6 openings.

Here is what they are:

✏️1 pre-school boy
✏️1 grade school girl
✏️4 middle school 3 girls and 1 boy
