Men!!

Everything in life is temporary and requires effort to maintain. For instance, building muscle requires regular gym sessions and weightlifting to prevent loss or decline. Similarly, relationships and marriages demand hard work and dedication to maintain a healthy dynamic. This includes financial stability and a steady income. Complacency can lead to disrespect, conflict, and even divorce.

Men are inherently driven to work and provide. As we begin this new year, it's essential to reflect on our financial goals and identify areas for improvement to achieve stability. Wishing you success in your endeavors!"

Generational curse

Many preachers have said a lot on this. Some say generational curses are not for believers. Some say as believers we fight generational curses. Generational curses are highly misinterpreted. A generational curse is not a demon or an evil spirit. A generational curse is a bloodline continuous punishment which is issued as a result of disobedience. It is mainly associated with the old testament in the dispensation of the Law.

The Bible from the book of Romans 5:18 says Therefore, as through one man’s offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man’s righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life. This verse explains what a generational curse is.

What do I say about generational curses? The bible from 2 Corinthians 5:17 says Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

What are the things which have become new? Works. The sins( old works) have gone and in Christ all things have become new. The reborn spirit is what is explained as newness in Christ.

You cannot fight a generational curse. You can only fight a demon. If you are fighting what you parents fought, it is a generational demon that you are fighting.

A believer is free from generational curses but he is not free from spiritual battles which include fighting a generational demon. From
Ephesians 6:12 the bible says For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

The bible is clear. We( believers) fight against demons of different levels. The verb "do" signifies a continuous battle. "We do not". This means as believers our warfare with demons is a continuous warfare. A generational curse was discontinued by Christ on cross.

God is in the business of making all things new.



Do you need newness in your life? Something different in your life? Do you feel tired, worn down, worn out?



Ask God to bring HIS 'newness' to your life. Even as your body wears down, ask Him to renew you from the inside by His presence and His grace. His love and His forgiveness.



Ask Him to bring life where there is none, wholeness where there are broken fragments, healing where there is suffering, light where there is darkness.



The Bible says that even though we are outwardly wasting away, inwardly we can be renewed day by day. You can be made new.

INTRODUCTION

Love is the unconditional act of grace by which God gave His only begotten Son to redeem humankind.

Love is the disposition of the believer to give to the undeserving person to the point of being willing to lay down his or her life.

Love is the manifestation of selflessness and generosity.

This generation of believers seeks to make an impact on the world through preaching, signs and wonders and acts of benevolence. It is however, imperative for us to embrace a love revolution in order to achieve that objective.

THE EFFECIENCY OF SPIRITUAL GIFTS/WORKS

The operation of love gives spiritual gifts and the Gospel the ability/power to fulfil their purpose.

The efficiency of spiritual gifts depends on the love that accompanies their manifestation.



The apostle Paul elevated love above the gifts of the Holy Ghost.

1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.

4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,

5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;

6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;

7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

Being holy
Being holy means being set apart for God. It can be used for objects (a holy altar), time (a holy day), or persons (a holy priest). All believers are set apart for God, and are therefore made holy (or sanctified, which has the same meaning). We see this for example in 1 Corinthians 6:11: “But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.”

At the same time, there is also a sense in which being made holy is not a one time event, but a continuing process. 1 Thessalonians 5:23 says “Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely”. As we are living with God, we are growing in faith. More and more we are changed into the likeness of Jesus. More and more we display the fruit of the Holy Spirit. In that way, we are made holy. This process will only be complete when we are with God in heaven.
