‼️GLOBAL CHURCH WORKERS CONFERENCE 2026 WITH APOSTLE JOSEPH ZIBA‼️

‼️27TH — 28TH JANUARY, 2026 — VICTORY LAND, BLANTYRE‼️

Get ready for an amazing time of training, enlightenment, and empowerment. It’s our global church workers' conference, 2026. This is for all Fountain Nation Church workers and even those beyond the church walls.

This is no ordinary church training. It's essential that every child of God understands that the depth of His training determines the height of His reigning, especially if you are a worker in the kingdom of God. The heart's desire of every church worker should be to please the Lord by doing His will and fulfilling His call. In fact, we serve God because that's our purpose in life. We were brought here for the work He prepared for us to do; it's a priority, the very basic requirement of every child of God.

This is why we all have to be trained to have maximum impact in whatever capacity the Lord has called us. The most important thing is to ensure that the work is done. As a church worker, the Lord will continue to increase honor upon your life and comfort you on every side as you remain dedicated and focused on serving Him.

This event starts tomorrow, and all those in Blantyre are requested to be at Victory Land, and all those outside are welcome to join live. I encourage all Pastors, Elders, Deacons, Leaders of departments, and all to join this conference; you will never be the same again.

❗️SEED PLANTING 2026 WITH APOSTLE JOSEPH ZIBA— SOWING THE SEED OF KINGSHIP❗️

This year, God has granted us access to places of authority and power in order to take charge and influence the narrative of God. Yet, we have a responsibility to agree with God that we want to see the full manifestation of the prophetic word for this season.

There are divine principles that God has set for His children to experience all the good things He has for them. One of those principles is the seed principle. As Fountain Nation, throughout the years, we have witnessed the impact of seed planting on our lives. By planting your seed, you determine how far you would like to go and participate in the divine grace and blessings of the Spirit.

We have great testimonies from our church and outside the ministry of people who participated in past seed planting services, and their lives were transformed. Today, they are enjoying the full blessings of the Spirit.

This year, this programme will be global, and our branches will be participating and also conducting this global event.

❗️DAY 4 OF GLOBAL PRAYERS AND FASTING WITH APOSTLE JOSEPH ZIBA— LAST NIGHT MESSAGE SUMMARY❗️

📌BIBLICAL FASTING AND PRAYER | PRAYING WITH RESULTS📌

“And Adam knew his wife again; and she bare a son, and called his name Seth…
And to Seth...there was born a son; and he called his name Enos: then began men to call upon the name of the LORD.” - (Genesis 4:25–26 KJV)

Certain truths in Scripture are best understood by tracing where they are first mentioned. In this passage, prayer is first introduced as men calling upon the name of the LORD. Though the Bible does not detail all the interactions God had with Adam in Eden, we know their relationship involved direct interaction. God would come down to engage with man.

The expression “calling upon the name of the LORD” became prominent in the days of Enos. However, prayer did not begin with Enos. It began in Eden. Prayer was built into God’s administration as the means by which He interacts with His people. This is also the primary place the enemy attacks, because when prayer is attacked, relationship is weakened. Anytime a man’s spiritual standing is affected, his desire to pray diminishes. Prayer begins to feel heavy, boring and unnecessary.

The basic understanding of prayer is man calling on God. Prayer has a way of inviting God without human effort. Once the correct posture is assumed, God comes because He is the one who established that place of meeting. Prayer is man engaging God. Even when God places an urge or burden to pray within a person, it is still an invitation for man to engage Him intentionally.

Because prayer is engagement, it is not a monologue. It is a dialogue. Any prayer that does not host the presence of God cannot produce results.

There are foundational virtues that sustain effective prayer.

1. The Revelation of God’s Presence

Many people are prayerless today because they have lost the consciousness of God’s presence. When this revelation is attacked, prayer dies.

“Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.” - (Romans 1:18–19 KJV)

The word “known” is "gnostos" in Greek which speaks of knowing something with the purpose of acquanting yourself with it. God placed within man a natural capacity to know Him. When man falls, the spiritual revelation of God’s presence dies, and his conscience is seared with a hot iron (1 Timothy 4:2). When the revelation of God’s presence fades, prayer loses its strength, because prayer is sustained by that revelation.

2. A Desire for Intimacy

Prayer is also driven by intimacy. This is when you are trying to fill the emptiness of the soul. God created man with a space that only He can fill. Not riches, not achievements, not relationships but only God. When intimacy with God is broken, the enemy fills that void with substitutes that resemble fulfillment but never satisfy.

Prayer is not only about presenting needs. It is about finding satisfaction in God. When the relationship is healthy, the absence of prayer creates hunger. When the relationship is broken, the enemy ensures that man feels no need for God.

“The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him…
He also will hear their cry, and will save them.” - (Psalm 145:18–19 KJV)

Calling here speaks of closeness. Prayer was designed to be the place where intimacy is experienced.

“For what nation n is the so great, who hath God so nigh unto them, as the LORD our God is in all things that we call upon him for?” - (Deuteronomy 4:7 KJV)

This is why Jesus prayed consistently. Not because He was overwhelmed with problems, but because of His desire for intimacy. Every man or woman who has walked deeply with God’s presence has been a person of prayer.

Let this season of fasting and prayer restore your consciousness of God’s presence and awaken your desire for intimacy. When prayer is restored, results follow.

‼️DAY 3 OF GLOBAL PRAYERS AND FASTING WITH APOSTLE JOSEPH ZIBA‼️

‼️LAST NIGHT MESSAGE SUMMARY‼️

“And he rose up that night, and took his two wives, and his two womenservants, and his eleven sons, and passed over the ford Jabbok. And he took them, and sent them over the brook, and sent over that he had. And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day.” - (Genesis 32:22-24)

It was when Jacob was left alone that God met him. Divine encounters are often reserved for moments of separation. When distractions remain, clarity is lost. A distracted life cannot receive answers or direction. This season demands intentional withdrawal and total devotion unto God.

“I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me…
And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain.” - (Habakkuk 2:1–2 KJV)

God does not speak casually. There is a posture required for Him to speak. When the right posture is taken, God begins to unveil vision. Prayer is not a monologue. It is a dialogue. Through prayer, we gain access to holy things, and divine direction is released.

“Speak to Zerubbabel… saying, I will shake the heavens and the earth.” - (Haggai 2:20–21 KJV)

Shaking facilitates movement. Shaking is connected to thrones and authority. You cannot displace anything until a superior throne is activated. The things you are believing God for already sit on thrones, and for those thrones to be displaced, shaking must occur.
Shaking is the announcement of God’s presence. When God steps into a place, He announces Himself by shaking. Shaking is also the confirmation of authority and the ex*****on of judgment, where temporary things are removed so that eternal things may remain.
However, shaking does not happen until something superior has been put into motion. In this season, God is releasing grace to discover superior realities that will provoke divine shaking.

“Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven…
That those things which cannot be shaken may remain.” - (Hebrews 12:26–28 KJV)

God reveals where the shaking will take place by speaking. One of the ways He helps His people understand His dealings is through signs. Signs speak of times and seasons. It is unwise to see signs and ignore them. Open your eyes and discern what God is showing you.

When God speaks, direction is released. When God moves, shaking follows. Position yourself correctly in prayer and separation so that you may partake of what God is doing.

‼️DAY 2 OF GLOBAL PRAYERS AND FASTING WITH APOSTLE JOSEPH ZIBA‼️

‼️THE CONSECRATION OF PRAYER (PART 2)‼️

God is raising men and women who will become living testimonies of His Word. God is jealous over His Word, and when His Word is at work, power speaks for itself. Works of power do not need explanations. When God moves, the evidence validates the message. We have entered into a season where power will speak on our behalf.

However, to become a living testimony of His word, one must listen carefully to the demands of the Spirit. Consecration is the pathway to becoming a carrier of honourable things.

Consecration operates in two dimensions. There is consecration from you to God, and there is consecration from God to you. When consecration is from you to God, you prepare yourself for what you have discerned you are about to handle. The Spirit demands that you carry yourself in a set-apart manner. When you respond in obedience, you qualify for access to holy things. Consecration from God is when He entrusts you with holy things according to the level of your separation. In the Old Testament, God gave Moses a specific formula for anointing oil and told him to sanctify vessels that they should be "most holy", because there were other oils which could make things holy but not most holy (Exodus 30:22-29). This indicates that the dimension of holy things you can handle depends on your level of consecration. In the New Testament, these holy things are referred to as spiritual things.

“But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.” – (2 Timothy 2:20 KJV)

A vessel is a carrier. What distinguishes vessels is what they contain. Vessels of honour are entrusted with honourable things. These are people God uses to provoke shifts in the spirit. This year, God desires to enthrone His people and that they should take over territories. But this will only happen if His people will separate themselves for this cause.

Golden vessels are sanctified vessels, fit for divine assignment. When God demands consecration from you, it is because there is something honourable He intends for you to carry.

“That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour.” – (1 Thessalonians 4:4 KJV)

Fasting must have meaning. Do not fast because others are fasting. You must believe in what you are doing and understand why you are doing it.

Daniel understood what God was doing before he entered into fasting and prayer. Understanding preceded consecration (Daniel 9:1–4 KJV). If you are only carried by the group without personal purpose, you will waste the season. Seeking the face of God must be intentional and specific.

Remember, we are in prayer and fasting, not fasting only. Fasting is a posture that humbles you before God and reveals your seriousness. Prayer is not added to fasting. Fasting is added to prayer. Prayer must carry more weight than the fasting itself.

“Then he said to Gehazi, Gird up thy loins… if thou meet any man, salute him not… and lay my staff upon the face of the child.”

This instruction reveals the heart of consecration. There was urgency and no room for distraction. The assignment demanded full attention. In seasons of consecration, distractions are costly. God requires a focused vessel.

Do not allow distractions in this time of separation. Let this season of prayer and fasting position you as a vessel of honour, fit for the Master’s use.

See you today at the tent of His meeting for our day 3 of prayers and fasting.

‼️SEEKING THE FACE OF GOD— DAY 1 OF THE GLOBAL PRAYERS AND FASTING WITH APOSTLE JOSEPH ZIBA‼️

One of the most profound pursuits in our relationship with God is seeking His face. "When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, Lord, will I seek." (Psalms 27:8, KJV)

In Exodus 33:18-20, Moses asked to see God's glory, but God denied him His face. This reveals a significant truth: the face of God represents something far greater than other aspects of His glory. The lesser is included in the greater—this is a spiritual principle. When you find the face of God, you also find the other aspects of His glory!

The face of God signifies the very essence of His being. As Psalm 17:15 says, "As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness."

The more we gaze into the glory of His face, the more we are transformed into His image. "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord." (2 Corinthians 3:18, KJV)

"This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah. Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in." (Psalms 24:6-7, KJV) This Scripture denotes that those who seek the face of God are carriers of His presence in their daily endeavors. They invade territories and bring His glory wherever they go.

‼️2026 GLOBAL PRAYERS AND FASTING WITH APOSTLE JOSEPH ZIBA‼️

‼️DAY 1 EXHORTATION - CONSECRATION OF PRAYER‼️

“And the LORD said unto Moses, Go unto the people, and sanctify them to day and to morrow, and let them wash their clothes. And be ready against the third day: for the third day the LORD will come down in the sight of all the people.” – Exodus 19:10–11 (KJV)

Sanctification means to be made holy, set apart and separated. It is not merely abstaining from things, but responding to a divine call. When God sanctifies a man, He is preparing him for an encounter and for an assignment.

Sanctification is a setting apart, and it is important to understand what you are being set apart for. God does not deal with everyone in the same way. His dealings differ depending on the area He is sanctifying you for. This is why how you carry yourself in that area cannot be common. Separation distinguishes you. It removes you from familiarity and commonality.

One of the primary ways we set ourselves apart is through prayer and fasting. This season is a time of consecration. It is a time to encounter the nature of God because He is preparing you to be a vessel for the things you are trusting Him to accomplish through your life. From this place of consecration, your perspective changes. The world begins to look small and your thinking is elevated.

When a person is prayerful, confidence rises in them. Spiritual boldness and audacity are produced because prayer aligns you with God.

“That ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer.” – (1 Corinthians 7:5 KJV)

Paul recognised that prayer and fasting is not an ordinary activity that even as a family, you have to focus on God in such times.

Zechariah 7:3 (KJV) also confirms the truth that prayer and fasting is a time of separation, “Should I weep in the fifth month, separating myself, as I have done these so many years?”

It is wrong to carry yourself in an ordinary way when the season demands separation. During this period of prayer and fasting, you must be conscious of the demands of the Spirit. Prayer must not only be something you do at specific hours. It must become your attitude. Carry the consciousness of God’s presence continually.

This is a time to deliberately get rid of distractions and respond fully to God.

Don’t miss today as we’re on day 2 of our global prayers and fasting. For those in Blantyre, we’re meeting physically at the Tent of His Meeting. And for those outside Blantyre, connect live through our social media handles and be with us for a time of prayer and devotion—you won’t remain the same

📌2026 GLOBAL PRAYERS AND FASTING WITH APOSTLE JOSEPH ZIBA❗️

"And He spoke a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint." — Luke 18:1

As Fountain Nation, we traditionally begin our year with 21 days of prayer and fasting. This is a time when we, as a church, surrender ourselves to God, yielding our spirits to His divine counsel and direction. We ask and contend for our destiny and much more, changing things in the realm of the spirit concerning our lives, families, communities, and even our entire nation. The effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

This is the most important time of the year, and I urge everyone connected to us to join us in this global prayer and fasting. Today marks day one, and we will fast and pray for the next 21 days. I am confident that after this prayer and fasting, our lives will never be the same again. Don't miss this divine opportunity to pray and fast, bringing your petitions before the Father of Glory, who loves His children and grants them their desires.

Apart from our personal prayer moments, we will gather at the Tent of His Meeting from 5:30 pm every day as a corporate vision to pray together. After work and other business, please join us to pray and seek the face of the Lord together.

I look forward to seeing you today at the Tent of His Meeting.
