Day 2 was a rich time in God's Word as we continued to explore what it means to be Anchored in Prayer.

We were taught what it means to pray rightly, beginning with God as our Father, seeking His glory, depending on His grace, and reflecting His forgiveness. We also considered the importance of corporate prayer and the unity of God's people as we pray together according to His purposes.

Through the prayers of Nehemiah and Paul, we were reminded to bring our burdens to God, pray according to His Word, seek His glory above all else and give thanks for His work in the lives of His people.

A blessed day of learning, fellowship, and growing together in prayer. 🙏📖

"Prayer is a language of dependence" Ps. Ernest Kanzangaza

There is great joy in seeing the body of Christ gathered together, with believers from different churches united around God's Word at this year's Faithful Church Conference.

As we gather under the theme “Anchored in Prayer,” we are being reminded of the central place prayer must have in the life of every believer.

Our opening session (23 July) was about how not to pray, taught by Ps Earnest Kamzangaza, and today we are learning about how to pray, corporate prayer and biblical models of prayer.

As the conference continues, we look forward to further teaching from God's Word on prayer and to growing together as a people who depend on God in all things.

Today was an incredibly powerful day for our church family as we officially welcomed four new members through the sacrament of holy baptism! Watching them take this public step of faith in Christ was a profound joy for all of us. Hearing their personal testimonies of transformation and grace was deeply encouraging and reminded us all of the power of faith. Please join us in celebrating and praying for them as they begin this exciting new chapter in their spiritual journeys! ✨🙌

Today marks a beautiful milestone for Grace Bible Church! We are overjoyed to announce the official ordination of two dedicated servants who have spent years pouring their hearts into our community.

​Charles Msimbi
Charles has been a steady pillar of our church family for years. His commitment to service is matched only by his love for his family. We are blessed to have him, his wife Jane, and their daughter Madalitso walking this journey with us.

​Patrick Chiwalo
A face familiar to us all, Patrick has defined what it means to be a "faithful servant." Having spent the last year serving as our Pastoral intern, his transition into the diaconate is a natural extension of his deep-rooted passion for the Gospel and our congregation.

​What This Means for Our Church
​The office of Deacon is one of service, compassion, and practical leadership. By ordaining Charles and Patrick, we are affirming:
​Consistency: Their years of "behind-the-scenes" work now have an official home.
