*You manage what you are qualified to*



“Again, the Kingdom of Heaven can be illustrated by the story of a man going on a long trip. He called together his servants and entrusted his money to them while he was gone. He gave five bags of silver to one, two bags of silver to another, and one bag of silver to the last—dividing it in proportion to their abilities. He then left on his trip.



*Matthew 25:14‭-‬15 NLT*



Have you not wondered why some people can supervise and lead 2 persons, others 10, others 20?



Or one managing a church of 30 people, the other 100, the other thousands?



We are blessed according to our ability of managing the blessings. . .



You can not grow your business beyond what you can manage. . .



We will not grow beyond our abilities



As Christians, we need more and as such we need to be working on increasing our abilities. Its knowing how to that matters and as we read the bible, we know a lot of things and that helps us to be in control of many things.



We should hunger to learning a lot of things, that increases our abilities. . .



Take note that in the parable, no one was given non. . .



We all have got something to manage, to use it as though it were for God. . . discover it and walk in it.



It does not matter its just one or two, If we are faithful even if with just one - we will still get the same reward or appraisal as those entrusted with many.



Take your position and be faithful with it, do not try to be in the shoes of someone.



Everybody is a genius in his/her field of play. Our success is in walking or pursuing the purpose for which we were created for. We look fools and stupid when we try to be someone else. We all have something unique that no one else can offer.



Your destiny is incorporated in your fingerprint, no one else can fulfil it.

*You are a manager*



Now, a person who is put in charge as a manager must be faithful.



*1 Corinthians 4:2 NLT*



As Christians, we are managers of whatever God has entrusted us with - your spiritual gifts, abilities, personality, experiences. All you have been given including your shameful experiences, are not really for you,



You need to share them and someone will be encouraged and helped. . .thus being faithful managers.



The earth is the Lord ’s, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him.



*Psalms 24:1 NLT*



God wants to use all the ugly scenes you have gone through - be the faithful manager by uncovering them up for his glory.



The reason most of us experience sleepless nights and dissatisfaction is because we fail to understand that whatever disturbs us is not really for us, we are just managers. As God, why am I experiencing this?, don't just pray for your freedom.



Don't own the things you have, you must realize that you are just a steward and such understanding brings peace and freedom.



For instance, you are doing business and then you make losses through stealing and the like, if you were doing it as a manager you will simply report the matter to the true owner of everything, and you become relieved.



And I want to tell you that God is never the loser, he will sort out your issues with urgency.



What do you have that you have not been given? You are simply a Steward, your life is an investment for God. You have been given spiritual gifts, a heart, several abilities, unique personality, experiences and privileges - what are you doing with all that?, for yourself or the Kingdom of God?



Be a manager and take away the stress, nothing is really yours

*Don't Bury the truth that is meant to set you free*



Herod was the one who had John arrested and bound in prison on account of Herodias, the wife of his brother Philip, whom he had married. John had said to Herod, “It is not lawful for you to have your brother’s wife.”



*Mark 6:17‭-‬18 NABRE*



Herod could not stand a correction of what he did by marrying the wife of his brother - in stead of accepting the truth, he went on sending John to prison. How many times have you sent your Pastor in prison for not accepting the truth of the matter on your situation?



You imprison and shame your pastors by not accepting open rebukes and discipline. You don't want to be corrected and when you are - you stop going to Church or following.



Love a person who rebukes you, who can make you stop and sit down for correction - he/she is a friend indeed.



A true Christian is not rigid, must accept change even if it means moving away from the comfort zone.



Think backwards and recall of the truth you ignored, go back and get the key of your freedom.
