Amayi awa akugwira ntchito molimbika kuti atsikana amene anasiye sukulu abwererenso, komanso kuti asasiye maphunziro awo panjira. Amapereka mauniform, makope, ma pad ndi zina zambiri.

Amapeza ndalama zothandizira izi kudzera mu "bank nkhonde" (ma Village Savings and Loans Associations), ndipo amagwira ntchito limodzi ndi aphunzitsi ndi atsogoleri a midzi.

Ntchito yawo ikusintha miyoyo. Khama lawo likumanga tsogolo lowala kwa atsikana ambiri.
