*DIVINE ELEVATION*

Key Scripture:
*Psalm 75 vs 6-7 _"For promotion comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the Judge: He puts down one, and exalts another"_*

*Reflection*
Divine elevation is not merely about rising in status, wealth, or recognition. It is God lifting a person into His purpose, favour, and destiny. When God elevates someone, no human effort, opposition, or limitation can stop His plan.

Many times, we become discouraged because we do not see immediate progress. We pray, work hard, and remain faithful, yet doors seem closed. But God’s timing is perfect. Before elevation, comes preparation. Joseph was prepared in the pit and prison before he stood in the palace. David was trained in the wilderness before he wore the crown.

God elevates those who remain humble, obedient, and faithful in secret places. Our current season may feel small, unnoticed, or difficult, but Heaven has not forgotten us. The same God who lifted Esther from obscurity to royalty and raised Joseph from prison to leadership is still working today.

Let us not compare our journey with others. Divine elevation is not competition; it is fulfilment of God’s assignment for our life. Let us stay faithful where we are. Honour God in little things. Continue praying, serving, and trusting Him. At the appointed time, God will lift us beyond what we ever think or imagine.

*Prayer*
Heavenly Father, thank you because you are the one who lifts and establishes your children. we surrender our ambitions, fears, and struggles into your hands. Prepare our hearts and mind for the elevation you have planned for us. Help us remain humble, faithful, and obedient in every season. Open doors no man can shut and position us according to your will. May our lives bring glory to your name. In the name of Jesus Christ, we have prayed. Amen.

🔥🔥NIGHT OF WORSHIP🔥🔥

Join us THIS FRIDAY for a powerful evening of Praise & Worship. An experience in the presence of God.

*MORNING DEVOTION, _Wednesday 27th May 2026_*

*Psalm 121:1-2 _"I will lift up my eyes to the hills, from whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.”_*

As we rise today, let us fix our eyes on God, the One who both lifts us up and watches over us. No matter what lies ahead, we walk in confidence knowing our help comes from Him.

God is intentional about your life. As you humble yourself before Him, He will surely elevate you: “Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will lift you up.” (*James 4:10*) And as He lifts you, He also protects you. You are not walking alone today: “The Lord is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life of whom shall I be afraid?” (*Psalm 27:1*)

Remain in His presence and rest in His covering: “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” (*Psalm 91:1*). Today, walk boldly. You are elevated by His grace and secured by His power. No weapon formed against you shall prosper.

🙏*Prayer:* Father, thank You for this new day. As You lift us, keep us grounded in You. As You elevate us, surround us with Your protection. Order our steps and cover us in Your peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen

*The honest question of faith*

*Genesis 15:8*
*_“But Abram said, ‘Sovereign Lord, how can I know that I will gain possession of this inheritance?”_*

God had just given Abram a breathtaking promise of land and legacy (*Gen 15:7*). But this man looks at the horizon, looks at his empty hands, and experiences a moment of profound human vulnerability.

Many believers think faith means suppressing doubts or putting on a plastic smile. God prefers authentic wrestling over superficial worship (*Job 23:4-6*). “Lord, how can i know?” is not rebellion, this is not unbelief, but this is *honest faith seeking assurance*. Abram believed in God (*Gen 15:6* says it was credited to him as righteousness), yet he still asked how. Even great people of faith ask questions;
* Gideon asked for a sign (*Judges 6:17, Judges 6:36-40*)
* David asked, “How long, O Lord?” (*Psalms 12:1-2*)
* Thomas asked to see and touch (*John 20:25*)

It is doubt that pushes you away from God- but honest questions draw you closer. God did not rebuke Abram, instead he gave him a covenant (he answered Abram not with anger but with assurance).

*Prayer & Declaration*
Lord jesus, even when I don’t understand, i trust you. My questions will draw me closer to your throne of grace and not pull me away. I believe your promises, and i shall always walk in faith until i possess my inheritance. When I don’t understand your timing, your ways, or your plans- help me to trust you, Amen!

*DIVINE ELEVATION*

*1 Peter 5:6 _"Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God that he may exalt you in due time"_*

True elevation comes when we allow ourselves to be shaped and prepared by God's hand.(*Psalms 75:6-7*) By aligning our actions with divine principles, we can experience supernatural favours and promotions

Some of the practical steps that need to be taken are;
1. Begin each day with a prayer of surrender acknowledging God's role as the source of your success. This invites his grace to lift you in ways that human effort alone cannot.
2. Stay in obedience just as God's grace lifted Joseph from the prison to the Palace (*Genesis 41*) your consistency obedience to God's grace will set you up for divine elevation even in challenging circumstances.
3. Seek God's guidance before making major decisions in your career or businesses (*Proverbs 3:5-6*) Reminds us to trust in the Lord with all our heart and not lean on our own.

*Prayer*
Heavenly father we thank you for your abundant grace in our lives, we surrender our bilious plans and desires to you. Let your grace propel us into a new dimension of influence and success for your glory in Jesus name. Amen

*MORNING DEVOTION, _Friday 22nd May 2025_*

*Psalms 107:1 _Give thanks to the lord, for He is good, His love endureth forever_*

Thanks giving is not only having food on the table, but about the almighty Jehova who provides it. Every blessing we enjoy, our health, our families and the chance to be together today comes from the lord.

In good seasons and hard ones we can always give thanks to the lord because His love and faithfulness does not change. Brethen let us this morning worship Him and honor Him with our greatful hearts and to encourage one other with good things He has done to our lives.

*Psalms 103:1 says _praise the Lord, my soul and all my being, praise his holy name_* Brethen let's thank God in all situation because He is the one who forgives our sins and heals our diseases.

Our God does not punish us as we deserve or repay us according to our sins and our wrongs. Therefore it good to give Him thanks all the time.

*Prayer*
Heavenly father we thank you this morning for your kindness, forgiveness and provisions in our lives. Thank you for reminding us that we should always seek your kingdom and everything shall be added unto us in Jesus name Amen.

*The invisible power of worship*

*Psalms 22:3 _But You are holy, enthroned in the praises of Israel_*

Worship carries a power that cannot always be seen with human eyes, yet it shifts atmospheres, strengthens hearts, and invites the presence of God into our situations. Throughout Scripture, worship was never just singing , it was a spiritual weapon, an act of surrender, and a declaration of faith even before victory appeared.

When Paul and Silas worshipped in prison, chains were broken. When Jehoshaphat sent worshippers ahead of the army, God fought the battle for them. Worship has the ability to silence fear, confusion, anxiety, and discouragement because it redirects our focus from the size of our problems to the greatness of our God.

Many are times when the greatest work God is doing in us happens invisibly. While we worship, He heals wounded hearts, restores peace, strengthens weary spirits, and prepares tables and opens doors we cannot yet see. Worship shifts us from striving into trusting. It reminds us that God is still Sovereign, still faithful, and still working behind the scenes.

This morning, choose worship before worry. Choose praise before panic. Even if nothing around you changes immediately, something within you will begin to change and that is where breakthrough begins.

*Prayer*
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift and power of worship. Teach me to worship You not only in good moments but also in seasons of uncertainty. Let my praise invite Your presence into every area of my life.

May my worship rise before You as a sweet fragrance thats sincere, whole and filled with faith. Help me to worship You beyond my circumstances, beyond my emotions, and beyond what I can see with my natural eyes.

Lord, let worship be my daily posture - in my thoughts, my words, my work, and my waiting. When I feel weak, teach me to worship. When I feel overwhelmed, remind me to lift my eyes to You in praise. Let worship silence fear, anxiety, discouragement, and doubt, and fill my spirit with peace, strength, renewed faith, and hope today.

Help me remember that You are always working, even when I cannot see it. May my life glorify You in all I do, and may my heart remain continually surrendered in worship to You alone. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
