Established on the base of worshiping God in truth and spirit. The founders of this church were neither very important nor well known in the eyes of this world, but they were known by God and they were very important in Gods eye. Some of the people that the church respect for there courage and dedication include Mrs Chikodya, Mrs Majawa, Mr Mkwanda(late) , Mrs Mkwanda(late) , Mr S Tembo (now Pas

That the Church is one of the strongest Baptist Churches in Malawi is testimony that these individuals called by Jesus heard the word of God. The Church has Pastor George Katambo ministering, Rev George with his wife were called to minister to EBC while there were still fresh in the ministry. EBC is Rev G Katambo's Second church to minister. The church has grown under the leadership of this anointed man of God and he has led the church by example. EBC has its foundation in the word of God and we believe God is still speaking to men nowadays. Taking the Gospel Beyond Our Walls!

The Evangelism Team of Emmanuel Baptist Church, led by Pastor George Katambo today visited Mchinji for a time of evangelism, sharing the message of God’s love and hope with the community.

Alongside preaching the Gospel, the team also distributed maize, clothes, shoes, kids school bags and the like to people in need, demonstrating Christ’s love through practical acts of kindness.

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve, share, and shine the light of Christ wherever God sends us.

We were truly blessed to host our sisters from Mkaika Baptist Church (Khotakota). who arrived on Friday and joined us in worship today before beginning their journey back home.
