THE POWER OF AN ENLIGHTENED MIND
What is an enlightened mind, you say?!
This a mind that has both knowledge and understanding.
It does not just stop at knowing or being aware of something but it extends to knowing what and when to do with the knowledge or information you have come across with.
Most christians are failing in life not because they don't have knowledge but rather they do not have an understanding of the knowledge they have acquired
It is not enough to just know the word but you should be able to understand, what you must do with that word or what you must do for the word to become life to you.
A man who has come to understand that for him to blessed, he has to be a blessing first to others:is useless if he just waits for God to bless him without him taking a step. There has to be an understanding that if I want this, I have to do that and then go on and do it... It is not enough to only know a principle then sit down and wait for what that principle says without engaging the principle
This is a problem to most of Christians today. We want to experience something just because the word has said it, but ambiri we lack direction to understand of what we ought to do for the word to become alive to us.
Acts 19:14-15 And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so.
And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?
The sons of Sceva had the knowledge of how exorcism was being done but what they lacked was an understanding and because of this, they failed to have result.
It should always be our prayers for God to give us the Spirit of Understanding!! Without it, don't expect to get any results.
When you get understanding, you can replicate the results as many times as you want but without mastery, you only get to have a once upon a time result.
