John 3:2 (NLT)
“After dark one evening, he came to speak with Jesus. ‘Rabbi,’ he said, ‘we all know that God has sent you to teach us. Your miraculous signs are evidence that God is with you.’”

To walk and operate in the supernatural, you must have connectivity with God. When Nicodemus saw what Jesus was doing, he understood that Jesus was connected to God. Mind you, Jesus was not only with God, but He was also connected to God by virtue of being the Son of God.

According to Jesus, as we see in the next verse, connectivity with God begins when a person is born again. Nicodemus was questioning how Jesus was able to do all the miraculous things He did, and in response Jesus said:

John 3:3 (NLT)
“Jesus replied, ‘I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.’”

In other words, Jesus was saying, “The reason I am able to do these things is because I am from God.” That was the answer to Nicodemus’ question. To operate supernaturally like God, one must be born of God. One must carry the nature of God to operate like God.

Get connected to God, get born again, and walk in the supernatural. It is expected of every child of God to operate in the supernatural because God Himself is a supernatural God.

To walk in the supernatural, you must develop the “all things are possible with God” mentality. This is a must. I like how the Bible puts it: “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Those who walk in the supernatural have this mindset built within them — that all things, not just some things, are possible with God.

This is a foundational mindset for those who desire to walk in the supernatural. They ought to acknowledge what they cannot do; however, they should also know that all things are possible with God. What is impossible with men is possible with God.

This mindset is very essential as far as walking in the supernatural is concerned because it helps you remain conscious of the power beyond the natural — the supernatural

To walk in the supernatural, one must develop an understanding and a consciousness of the spirituality of life.

Life is absolutely spiritual. Earth is not a realm where things start; rather, it is a realm where things manifest after they are thoroughly processed in the realm of the spirit.

Most of the things we see happening on earth are a result of what is happening or what has already happened in the spiritual realm.

Why do the happenings of the spiritual realm affect us? It is because we are spiritual beings. God is Spirit, the devil is a spirit, and angels are spirits. That is why we are affected.

So, whether you are spiritually active or not, life remains spiritual—your inactivity notwithstanding. Life is absolutely spiritual and is programmed by spiritual forces.

Therefore, to walk in the supernatural means that you are spiritually active and fully aware of the spirituality of life.

2 Peter 1:4
(NLT) And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.

To walk in the supernatural, the first thing you must do is cultivate an understanding and a consciousness of your nature as a supernatural being. Become a student in the class of God—allow Him to tutor you concerning your true nature. Only those who have been in God’s class operate in the supernatural.

There is virtually no one in the Bible who did great things without first attending God’s “supernatural class.” You cannot do the impossible, as far as natural laws are concerned, without first being taught by the God who does the impossible. What did God say about Jesus? “This is My Son, in whom I am well pleased” (Matthew 3:17).

Jesus was born of God and taught by God. He even said it Himself: whatever He did was because He saw His Father do it (John 5:19). A son does only what he sees his father doing.

Until you walk with God, you cannot walk in the supernatural. To operate in the supernatural, you must learn from God and walk with Him. Anyone who desires to walk in the supernatural must develop an insatiable hunger to learn from God. God is a teacher—He even says that He teaches your hands to war (Psalm 144:1). He can teach you today how to walk in the supernatural.

Consider how He taught Moses. He told him to put his hand into his cloak, and it became leprous (Exodus 4:6). He told him to throw down his rod, and it turned into a snake (Exodus 4:3). He instructed him to lift his hand, and the Red Sea was divided (Exodus 14:16). All the things Moses did in Egypt—did you notice he was always instructed on what to do? Why? Because he was a student in God’s supernatural class. He was chosen, taught, and then he began to walk in the supernatural.

God is still looking for people like Moses—those who may not yet know how to walk in the supernatural but are humble enough to admit their ignorance and are willing to learn. Moses said he was a stammerer (Exodus 4:10), yet God said He would be with his mouth and teach him what to say (Exodus 4:12). This is how one develops an understanding and consciousness of their supernatural nature: by learning from God.

Ephesians 3:20 (KJV)
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.”

Our God is a supernatural God. By this, I mean He operates beyond nature and above natural laws. His power works far beyond the limits of the natural realm. He created nature, yet He is not limited by it. He does the impossible where natural laws fall short.

Consider turning water into wine, speaking to the sea and walking on it, feeding thousands with just five loaves and two fish, and healing sickness without the use of medication—this is what the supernatural is all about. There are countless, innumerable things God has done and continues to do that natural laws cannot explain.

Yes, we live in a natural world; however, we are supernatural beings. It is God’s will that we operate in the supernatural. Walking in the supernatural means living your daily life in active awareness of—and dependence on—God’s power beyond human ability.

The truth is, there is a level of success as a child of God that cannot be attained without walking in the supernatural. You need supernatural backing to produce supernatural results, and this is exactly what God desires for us.

Through this discourse, we will explore how to walk in the supernatural and align with God’s will for our lives. Welcome on board—let’s take flight.

Genesis 31:11 (KJV)
“And the angel of God spake unto me in a dream, saying, Jacob: And I said, Here am I.”

As messengers of God, angels are sometimes sent to communicate with us through dreams. Yes, God speaks to us through dreams (Job 33:14–15).

Dreams are a revelation of happenings in the spiritual realm—they show what has happened, what is happening, and what is about to happen. They are one of the channels through which God communicates with His people.

Unfortunately, this is one of the most neglected channels. However, our neglect does not mean that God has stopped communicating through dreams.

So yes, angels are used to communicate with us when we are asleep. There are times when we may not clearly hear God while we are awake because of the many voices and distractions around us. Therefore, God uses the time of sleep to speak to us, often through His ministering spirits—angels.

You see, it is the will of God that you remain informed and directed. He desires to communicate with you. He speaks when you are awake—through His audible voice or through visions—and He continues to speak when you are asleep. To ensure that sleep does not become a barrier to hearing Him, He designed dreams so that you can still hear His voice even while you are asleep.

“Let them be as chaff before the wind: and let the angel of the LORD chase them.”

There are many things programmed by the adversary that seek to destroy us. However, God, through the ministry of angels, chases them away. It is God’s will for us to walk in and experience His goodness; He does not desire that we suffer evil. The angels He commands carry out His will by driving away every evil assigned against us.

This should always be your consciousness: God, through His angels, is actively chasing away all evil against you. As you pray, ask God to release His angels to drive away every evil targeting your career, business, ministry, marriage—whatever concerns you.

Do not forget that evil exists, but we have God as our fortress and refuge. We are under 24/7 divine surveillance. Beloved, hear this: God loves you more than you can imagine. He preserves us from many things our eyes never get to see.

When you pray for the vessel, you strengthen the flow. Spiritual support sustains spiritual supply.

*Celebrate and honor the vessel carrying the anointing*
Honor creates access. What you celebrate, you attract; what you dishonor, you disconnect from.

Scripture:
“He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward.” — Matthew 10:41 (KJV)

*Give to the vessel carrying the anointing*
Giving establishes spiritual connection. It opens your life to partake in the grace upon the vessel.

Scripture:
“Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.” — Galatians 6:6 (KJV)

*Anticipate and position yourself to receive from the anointing*
Expectation is the breeding ground of miracles. Positioning yourself spiritually prepares you for divine encounters.

“For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.” — 2 Chronicles 16:9 (KJV)

*Cultivate an understanding of the power of the anointing*
Ignorance limits reception. Understanding deepens your capacity to receive and respond correctly.

*Have faith and touch the place of the anointing*
Faith gives you access to unseen realities and brings them into the visible realm.

*Be obedient*
Obedience sustains the flow. The anointing moves where there is alignment with God. When you respond to the voice of God, God responds to you through his power.

Needs to Know

The vessel is a channel, not the source.*
The person ministering is only a conduit through which God flows. Your focus must always remain on God, not man.

“So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.” — 1 Corinthians 3:7 (KJV)

*The anointing is from God, not owned by a man.*
No one possesses the anointing as personal property—it is given and sustained by God for His purpose.

“But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.” — 1 Corinthians 12:7 (KJV)

*Honor the vessel, but worship God*. Receive from the channel, but stay connected to the Source.

Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire.

This describes the nature of angels—they are spirits, yet they can manifest physically. They are creatures created by God, and they are not to be worshipped.

The English word angel is derived from the Greek word angelos, which means “messenger.” Angels are messengers of God and servants of God, just as we have human servants of God, such as prophets.

An angel is called an angel because of their assignment, not because of their physical appearance. In the Bible, angels do not always appear with wings. Sometimes they look like ordinary men (for example, in Genesis when visitors came to Abraham). What made them angels was that they were sent with a message from God—not their outward appearance.
