One man's testimony is another man's prophecy. What God has done for one, he can do for another. Today is the day of your TESTIMONY 🙏🔥
TESTIMONY TUESDAY - ABIGAIL MASI
I had been praying to further my education for about 2 years. I wanted to do my masters in the UK and I've always had it in mind that I should get a scholarship for it.
As I was finishing my internship in 2024, I started applying. My plan was to do some research work for about a year and then September 2025, I should be in school. All my aspirations were on that goal and I couldn't see past that. 2025 came with mixed news, I got into schools but rejections for scholarships and I wasn't prepared for that - strategically and emotionally. The options were now pay for it or miracle.
After pushing so hard in prayer; nothing was coming up. I was depressed. It seemed like things weren't working.
I then talked to Pastor Marcus Daniel and he encouraged me to keep working my faith and he said that I'll even get to a point where I get more than one scholarship and I'll have to choose. I took that word seriously.
The application cycle came again and I was reluctant to start again but the Lord strengthened me and I did. I also did some short courses and fellowships.
As we approached the end of year prayer and fasting and considered what it would look like for me, the Holy Spirit inspired me to fast till the end of January. I was excited because I knew that instructions don't come for nothing. So I did it. During this time, I got 2 interviews - one of which was for Cambridge and the same day that I interviewed, they emailed that I was successful. Now I had to wait for 2026 to hear about scholarships.
One day as I prayed, God told me to pick which specific scholarship I want. I picked Mastercard and continued to pray and thank God for it. As I was waiting for April to receive feedback, I received an invite for another scholarship interview.
I later on got an email from Mastercard Cambridge telling me I have been offered the scholarship. No interviews. At last! Just as God had said. I'm so grateful. Finally! It has happened!
I went from scrambling to make ends meet to admission into one of the best schools in the world, with every expense paid! I even had a choice of 3 scholarships and had to be turning others down.
I'm so grateful.
A big thank you to Pastor Aubrey Mwasinga and Pastor Marcus for their teaching and guidance. I'm also grateful for the iron sharpens iron platform. It has been a long journey but the Word I have been taught in RFP over the years has kept me. Thank you again and may God bless you.
