Government has ordered all Ministries, Departments and Agencies to submit all contracts, agreements, guarantees, consents and employment related contracts signed between 1st September 2023 and 30th September 2025, for review.

According to the press release signed by Secretary to Treasury Cliff Chiunda, all controlling officers and heads of government departments have to submit all documents to the National Audit office and Attorney General's office by 20th June 2026, warning that government will not fund any contract where MDAs will not comply.
