Yesterday, our youth gathered at St Paul's Outstation (Kauma) for an unforgettable Youth Mental Health and Career Day!

We were honored to have Mr. Eugene Khoriyo, Founder and Managing Director of ProjEx Group Ltd, inspire our youth to unleash their potential with his insightful presentation on "Unleashing Your Potential: Entrepreneurial Mindset and Skills". In his presentation, he encouraged the youth to take control of their future, and start turning their ideas into action today!

Brother Francis Kumeneko and Brother Michael Kamoto, psychosocial counselors/psychotherapists from Saint John Of God Hospitaller services, delivered crucial talks on Understanding and Overcoming addiction, and addressing Su***de Ideation. The brothers shared efective Coping Mechanisms and encouraged the youth to reach out for professional help when facing addiction or suicidal thoughts.

A huge thank you to our amazing speakers for sharing their expertise and passion! To our youth, keep shining and remember: your mental health matters and your dreams are within reach!
