Divine Charisma Institute of Apologetics &Ministries (DICHIAM) is a place of diversity of gift ministries and activities such as recorded in Romans 12:3-8. We are part of those fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20). We are Jesus' friends making friends for Him and preach the kingdom of God and His righteousness. MANDATE
We are mandated (with the diversity of gifts) (1) to train vineyard workers (Bible College), (2) to go out and proclaim the truth of the gospel, make disciples out of the lost, rejected, ridiculed, the victimized etc. (Ministry through Charity works) and (3) to contend for and defend the faith (Apologetic). OUR VISION
Our vision is (1) to reach the whole man (holistic approach) with the whole gospel of truth and freedom; (2)to equip human resource for the Lord’s ready vineyard harvest ( Matt. 9:37, Eph. 4:12), and (3) equip the saints to always be ready to answer boldly of their hope and contend for their faith (1 Pet.3:15, Jude 1:3). THE INSTITUTE OF APOLOGETIC & MINISTRY
This is an educational department of the Divine Charisma Ministries responsible for all trainings in the ministry. The department is involved in the Bible school programs and all other training conducted by the ministry as stipulated below.
1.. BIBLE & LEADERSHIP TRAINING
At DICHIAM we recognize the need for anointing, wisdom, knowledge and understanding (Hosea 4:6) in serving the Lord. Knowledge is the gathering of fact; understanding is the knowing of facts, wisdom is the appropriate applying of the facts that you now know; Anointing is a supernatural power in the applying of these three truths. In as much as we agree that scholarship without anointing is useless, we also understand that evangelism without scholarship is just a waste of spiritual resources. We also bear in mind that theological training does not guarantee anointing and that not having theological training does not guarantee anointing either . Lack of knowledge destroys the anointing.
2. APOLOGETICS
With such a great rise of Christian critics and false religions, Christian church is facing great difficulties in reaching out the unreached. The devil has cast his net wide to devour even the elect who are easily won to his side today. In this regard, DICHAM Institute intends to train many Christian apologists who will be able to contend for the faith. We thus defend and contend for the faith (Apologetics) as mandated in (Jude 1:3). We are Pro-lifers who are committed to defending the life of the unborn human beings. to abortion.
3. CHARITY WORK
Ina holistic approach we engage in charity work in as full capacity as in Apologetic and Bible training. We offer free counseling to the people with brokenness such as drug addicts, those involved in abortion issues, prostitutes, ex-prisoners, the sexually abused, destitute mothers etc. We also strive for restoring and reconciling the broken families, locate shelter to the homeless, feed the hungry, and provide covering to those in need.
