Overcoming Through the CROSS

Overcoming Through the CROSS 1 Corinthians 15:57 KJV
[57] But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Our being victorious is all through Christ!

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong. Likewise the Spirit also help

eth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

YOU ARE NOT BEYOND HOPE. (TALK ON SUCIDE)

[Like many troubling issues] Su***de thoughts are real, a natural response to what the body perceives as too much pressure to live. Most (not all) of us will go through them at one point or the other, you just don’t have to do it and you will appreciate it later when you live. Usually su***de thoughts start with the thought that none of the people alive goes through what you are going through. Which is not true. Problem is people don’t talk about it. I know several friends that admitted having su***de thoughts later after they were past it. It’s a thing that is happening and it happens to most of us. PLEASE FOR WHATEVER REASON, DON’T COMMIT SU***DE.

Get right with God, there is grace available for eternal life for all who realize their helplessness and are humble enough to place their faith in Him who died for their sin, so they will be saved in His name.

2Co 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Rom 4:4-5 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.

But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

SHARE YOUR BURDENS, they may not go, but they get lighter. [That been said, I understand to some who have no close relationship with their parents or sibs and hardly talk it’s a great pain when they feel these where supposed to be the one talking to but yet that’s not the case. God has by grace people who understand this and its nothing wring to talk to these men or women! The grace family is the closest family you will have when you can’t make it with the rest when you were supposed to.]

NO ONE ALIVE IS BEYOND HOPE. Heaven is the least you can make out of this life. Life may not be friendly, but don’t miss heaven, because the price is not yours to pay! He paid!

Love you in the Lord, whosoever you may be.
My dear brother wrote this originally, but it was in such a format that would be able to get to people like it is able now, so with his permission I suggested I would type an article on what he wrote so that others on a larger scale would get a hold of this comforting message for those in such cases. The message in [this] is what I added and not him originally. This is great because God brings us together and work as he works in us for his glory and much that others out there should experience the love the grace and the peace of God after possessing it as well in their lives!

GOD'S FORGIVENESS IS NOT ABOUT YOUR BEST OR YOUR WORST.
🍇🍏HAPPY NEW MONTH!🍏🍇

THE REASON WE ARE STILL BOUND TO GUilt and condemnation is not that God Has not forgiven us. No! The problem is us failing to receive his forgiveness. By God already forgiving man kind it's not that everyone is forgiven but the means for everyone to be forgiven was already and fully provided for!

We think God is man that He will keep grudges even after He said we have been forgiven. God's forgiveness comes with peace and this peace is not not just a feeling, its one which God alone can and it is a state of being, between God and man.

Any person can have this forgiveness and be holy before God not by means of doing good but simply trusting that God already provided through the death of his son Jesus when he died on the Cross and rose the third day!

Romans 5:8-10 KJV
[8]But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, *while we were yet sinners*, CHRIST DIED FOR US.

[9] Much more then, being NOW JUSTIFIED BY HIS BLOOD, *we shall be saved from wrath through him*.

[10] For if, when WE WERE ENEMIES, *we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son*, much more, being reconciled, *we shall be saved by his life*.

"Many people remain unconvinced about their salvation because of fear that they have left something undone, did not say something right, are not worthy enough, or have not done the right thing to be accepted by God.
Perhaps this is you! You want to do right, and want to be saved, but do not know for certain how to know."

Trusting the Jesus' payment is enough to get you saved; simply accept it's true in faith of you. Being saved is that simple, because all you need to be was already accomplished in Christ. And when you believe it, it's all credited on you! It's not about your best or worst but what God already and fully accomplished in Christ for you!

Ephesians 1:7 KJV
In whom [in Jesus] *we have redemption* through his blood, *the forgiveness of sins*, according to the riches of his grace;

And on Colossians 2:13 read we have been forgiven of all sins! No is left no matter how being you think it is! When you sin afterwards this is not deleted nor is there a new means for you to be forgiven. When Jesus died on the cross he died and pain for all sin(s) before you was even born, that's your entire life secured in Christ! If you think there is anything else much better than what was already done then you are missing it and will be in bo***ge.

I have these two last verses;
Galatians 2:21 KJV
I *do not frustrate the grace of God*: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

How to not frustrate the grace of God? It's not trusting in any work, good or bad to being able to bring you close to God's mercy or grace but by being in Christ trusting he did it all!

Philippians 3:9 KJV
And BE FOUND IN HIM, *not having mine own righteousness*, WHICH IS OF THE LAW, but that WHICH IS THROUGH THE FAITH OF CHRIST, *the righteousness which is of God by faith*:

Stop thinking any of your goodness will by slightest bit make you acceptable before God than through trust in Jesus for what he did for you particularly and everyone else.

23/08/2018

Problem is many people “think” they are saved. But DON’T KNOW for certain if they are going to heaven. The gospel of grace gives us certainty! Not only does it give us certainty but does the job of saving for WHOEVER BELIEVES IT or ACCEPTS (TRUSTS IT).

❓What is this gospel? - Acts 20:24
Paul in Ephesians 1:13 also refers to it as;
•The word of truth or
•The gospel of your salvation
And what this is really to be specific if the above terms should mean something else other than what it really is; Paul on 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 nails it. The conclusion is that, the word of truth or the gospel of salvation is the message of;
•Jesus’ Death
•(Burial) and
•Resurrection
And that through this we can get saved or forgiven!

❓But why is it that this is good news? (For word gospel alone means goodnews, and in this case what we are talking about is good news about your salvation).
The first reason thought it seems to fall out of line is because we were all found sinners, Romans 3:10,23 and Romans 5:12. And being found sinners, no good deed or thing we think or know to be good does not get us saved! Romans 3:20 this simply makes man so wretched, lost and hopeless! Making him deserve the plenary of what he is or has done, Romans 6:23a.

Bad news being that we are sinners and deserve death and ofcourse that we can’t save ourselves by doing anything good, to be seen or be good before God. Good news comes in. Romans 3:24 reads we can now simply be justified freely (without us being costed) by grace simply by us trusting what he offered in our place; that’s dying in our place paying for our sins (past, present and future) through the blood! We get justified by grace in basis of faith and not our goodness or good works. Galatians 2:16.

The death of Christ is good news for when we was hopeless, and when “...we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.” Romans 5:6. THATS GOOD NEWS!
At the right time comes and die for the ungodly, everyone! Why? 1 Timothy 1:15. If we could save ourselves or if grace wasn’t sufficient or enough Christ would not have come, Galatians 2:21. Christ didn’t die so you can then try your best to get saved! NO! He didn’t die so that it would be possible to get saved on basis of works, NO! He died to completely get you saved. If you trust or accept this to be true! RIGHT NOW YOU WILL GET SAVED SAVED - it will be put to your account that you are saved forgiven and his forever! Is that not good news? To simply trust what had been paid or done on our behalf.

If you reject this you will be on your own trying to earn your way to heaven buy a useless currency! Imagine trying to sail the sea in a boat using pair of spoons! Hilarious and impossible, shameful as well. So try your path which will get you no where else but hell.

Romans 4:5 simply believe and what will be counted for you is that you are holy even if you never did that which is good! We receive the blessedness of SIN NOT BEING IIMPUTED ON US ANYMORE.
Romans 4:8. That’s goodnews!

The fact that we are justified by his blood by faith.
•Salvation is what we are assured.
•State of reconciliation to God despite being enemies before.
•We are close to gone though we was far.
•forgiven.
Romans 5:9,10.
Ephesians 2:12,13
Ephesians 1:7
Colossians 1:14
Colossians 2:13

That is good news!
What are you waiting for?
God is not asking you never to fail again, no. But while knowing you might fail again and again, God offered a gift for you to simply receive in faith trusting what he has done, accepting what he says about you no matter what!

Dear brother, dear sister, what Christ did is what gets you saved. God knows what you have done even if you didn’t tell him. There are people who tell God they sinned or did this or that but have never been saved because they have not come to understand what God did for them despite who they are, despite what they did or will do! You didn’t tell God your are a sinner, God told you are and you simply accept that and he later tells you what he did and you simply accept that truth. People think are good or if not though they can call themselves bad they think they can at least be good by doing much good.

God seeks otherwise, God offered a gift of life eternal! Romans 6:24b, it’s received by faith and whoever will believe this message gets saved! Romans 2:16. And your salvation is guaranteed! Ephesians 1:13,14.

Will you trust? Will you accept?

Share with friends or loved ones

Amen!

YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW CAN SOMEONE'S DEATH SAVE ANYONE? -IN THIS CAS THE DEATH OF JESUS?

Consider Jesus' death like a form of payment for buying something. The blood is the coast or price for paying for the purchased item, we are the item.

*WE ARE BOUGHT WITH A PRICE.*
1 Corinthians 7:23 KJV
[23] Ye are *bought with a price*; be not ye the servants of men.

*THE PRICE or PAYMENT IS CHRIST'S BLOOD*
Acts 20:28 KJV
[28] Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed *the church of God*, which he hath *purchased with his own blood.*

*WE ARE THE PURCHASED POSSESSION OR COMMODITY FOR THE REASON THAT WE SHOULD BE REDEEMED!*
Ephesians 1:14 KJV
[14] Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the *redemption of the purchased possession*, unto the praise of his glory.

The other thing connecting to this is like someone who is punished instead of the other so that the one who deserves it cannot pay or suffer the consequence of his mistakes or failure!

That's what Christ's death did.

Romans 4:25 KJV
[25] Who was *delivered FOR OUR offences*, and was *raised again FOR OUR JUSTIFICATION*.

2 Corinthians 5:21 KJV
[21] For he hath *made him to be sin* for us, who knew no sin; that *we might be made the righteousness of God in him*.

Christ in reality faced the judgement of our sin and sins (past, present future) so that when we accept the offer (because he didn't ask us if he could die or not, but he saw the need and did it, and we didn't ask him to do it or not) so when we accept the offer, trust in the blood as payment for our sin.

What was already done or accomplished through his death is put to our account and our sin's payment is considered paid for and the judgment of sin is considered faced already as well!

This is what most Christian's don't understand, they in force legalism to sort of satisfy their mistake and failure which they can never by the much good they do. Romans 3:20, Gal 2:16, Gal 3:11, 2Tim 1:9.

What Christ did satisfies what we can't in payment for the sin in us! If we could be able to do this with a 1% progress, CHRIST WOULD NOT COME. But that he came our full trust should be on him on what he did on our behalf.

Galatians 2:21 KJV
[21] I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

Just trust in Him alone
Romans 4:4-5 KJV
[4] Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. [5] But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

For salvation is by Grace and not works!
Ephesians 2:8 KJV
[8] For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

HOW DO WE RECEIVE CHRIST? Colossians 2:6 KJV [6] *As* ye have therefore _received Christ Jesus_ the Lord, *so* _walk ye in him_: Can we understand this verse? The verse is addressing the issue of how we received Christ is the same way those who received walk; Notice these 👉 "As" and "So"? They are being used to connected two different things which are accomplished by one thing. These things are *receiving of Christ* and the *walking*. How to understand how we receive Christ is simple when we consider how we walk. What does the Bible say? 2 Corinthians 5:7 KJV [7] (For *we walk by faith*, NOT BY SIGHT:) That's plain! So coming back to Col 2:6 we can say it reversed. We walk by faith as we have also received Christ by faith! This is a deeper revelation beloved! The Christian walk is solely by faith as the salvation we have; YES THE SAME WAY WE RECEIVED CHRIST! Let's put it all together this way; Colossians 2:6 KJV [6] *As* ye have therefore _received Christ Jesus_ the Lord *[by faith]*, *so* _walk ye in him_ *[by faith]*: Any other things people are overtaken with which contradicts this truth of the scripture is of the devil! If we are proud by our own wisdom we will be like foolish Galatians! Amen!

ARE YOU SAVED?
This question should receive a “Yes” or “No” answer, but it almost never does. Some of the most common responses are:

I’m doing the best I can.
I prayed the sinner’s prayer.
I’ve made Jesus the Lord of my life.
I believe in God.
I’ve been baptized.
I’m a church member.
I keep the commandments.
I am basically a good person.
I walked the aisle and prayed through.
I’ve always been a Christian.
I’ve never done anything really bad.

While these answers are interesting, none of them answer the question. One reason people give these unresponsive answers is that they don’t understand the question.

The question, “Are you saved?” asks whether or not you have trusted Christ’s shed blood on the cross as payment for your sins. It is not asking about what works that you, or others, may have done.

All of the unresponsive answers refer to something that a person does, but salvation is what Christ has already done for us. The gospel of our salvation (Eph. 1:13) is clearly stated by the apostle Paul:

3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.
(1 Corinthians 15:3-4)

The blood of Christ has purchased what we could not earn ourselves.

In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: (Colossians 1:14)

We cannot be good enough to earn salvation because “there is none righteous” (Rom. 3:10) and “all have sinned” (Rom. 3:23). The “wages of sin is death” (Rom. 6:23). In order to be saved we must stop trusting ourselves and trust the blood payment that Christ has already made on our behalf!

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

Knowing that we are sinners and that Christ died for us, we should respond by placing our faith in Christ’s payment for our sin.

One day, everyone will give an account of themselves to God. Why not settle the question of your salvation today?
