I love books. Especially NavPress books. One of my old friends who made an impact in my life, gave me a book on 11 December 2004 titled “True Faced” written by Bill Thrall, Bruce McNivol, and John Lynch. I read this book as soon as I got it and recently, I decided to re-read it. What a treasure! It’s all about mask wearing. Let us thrive to live original lives and abandon the art of mask wearing.

War is very devastating. It must be avoided by all means. Even if there are just causes for war, settle for dialogue and peaceful coexistence. In this world of media proliferation, truth becomes a rare if not a missing component. It depends on the source of your information and it is very difficult to know the truth from media outlets since they have their own positions which at other times, lack objectivity. Russia and Ukraine are currently engaged in war. It is not just who is winning or loosing. It is about loss of human lives. No divide and rule and show of supreme power and ruthlessness win’s. In this world that God has given us, we need to consider prospering together and equity in sharing God’s given resources. After all, we are all equal in God’s eyes. PLEASE, STOP THE WAR AND PURSUE DIPLOMACY PEACEFUL COEXISTENCE.

These are difficult Covid-19 days. Many people have all of a sudden become prophets, theologians and interpreters of the Word of God. Be diligent, don’t be lazy, read the Word of God, pray without ceasing, discern the truth. Search for the truth and you will find it.

In my studies on colonialism. Some of the deductions made was that Africa is not economically free. Enemies identified of that economic freedom were AID, DEBTS, IMF and some WTO statutes. Remedies recommended were: putting post-colonial structures that invigorates the economic prosperity of Africa (with vast agricultural resources at her disposal), Industrialization, Manufacturing and using our Raw materials for production and never allow Africa to be a haven for Raw materials. Is Malawi moving in the right direction in regard to these? Let us reflect.
