A man has four natural enemies: fear, clarity, power, and old age. Fear, clarity, and power can be overcome, but not old age. Its effect can be postponed, but it can never be overcome.

*THE POWER OF THE HOLY COMMUNION*

I want you to take this Holy communion with understanding.

1 Corinthians 11:23-30
[23]For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread;
[24]and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”
[25]In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.”
[26]For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes. Examine Yourself
[27]Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
[28]But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup.
[29]For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.
[30]For this reason many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep.

Everytime that we take Holy communion, they're blessings coming alive in our life.

*THE BENEFITS OF THE HOLY COMMUNION*

Praying in tongues, also known as speaking in tongues or glossolalia, is a spiritual practice where a person speaks in a language that is not their own, often as a form of prayer or worship. This practice is rooted in Christianity, particularly in Pentecostal and Charismatic traditions.

Beliefs about praying in tongues vary, but some common perspectives include:

1. Spiritual language: It's a language that only God understands, allowing for direct communication with Him.
2. Prayer language: A way to pray when words are insufficient, allowing the Holy Spirit to express thoughts and emotions.
3. Tongues of fire: A manifestation of the Holy Spirit's power, as seen in Acts 2:3-4.
4. Personal edification: Strengthens faith, builds intimacy with God, and provides spiritual refreshment.
5. Missionary language: Enables believers to communicate the Gospel in languages they don't know.

Some benefits of praying in tongues include:

1. Deepened prayer life
2. Increased faith and trust
3. Emotional and spiritual release
4. Enhanced worship and praise
5. Greater sensitivity to the Holy Spirit's leading

If you're interested in praying in tongues, consider:

1. Seeking guidance from a spiritual mentor or leader
2. Studying relevant scriptures (e.g., Acts 2, 1 Corinthians 12-14)
3. Asking God to fill you with the Holy Spirit
4. Starting with small steps, like whispering or speaking softly
5. Practicing regularly, even if it feels unfamiliar or uncomfortable initially.

Remember, praying in tongues is a personal and individual experience. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to ask!

Learning to speak in tongues, also known as praying in the Spirit or glossolalia, is a spiritual practice that requires faith, surrender, and practice. Here are some steps to help you learn:

1. *Seek God's presence*: Find a quiet, comfortable spot to pray and worship. Invite the Holy Spirit to fill and guide you.

2. *Study scriptures*: Read Acts 2, 1 Corinthians 12-14, and other related passages to understand the biblical basis.

3. *Ask and believe*: Ask God to baptize you in the Holy Spirit and give you the gift of tongues (Luke 11:13). Believe He will answer.

4. *Relax and surrender*: Let go of self-consciousness and doubts. Relax your mind and tongue, trusting the Spirit to guide.

5. *Start with small steps*: Begin with whispering, humming, or uttering simple sounds. Allow the Spirit to build your faith.

6. *Practice regularly*: Set aside time daily to pray in tongues, even if it feels awkward initially.

7. *Find a supportive community*: Join a Pentecostal or Charismatic church or group where speaking in tongues is encouraged.

8. *Listen to others*: Hear recordings or witness people speaking in tongues to inspire and guide you.

9. *Be patient*: Learning to speak in tongues takes time, so don't get discouraged if it doesn't happen immediately.

10. *Trust the Holy Spirit*: He will guide and empower you as you seek to pray in the Spirit.

Remember, speaking in tongues is a personal experience, and God's timing and methods vary. Focus on deepening your relationship with Him, and trust the Holy Spirit to lead you.
