The B.A. Thesis Topic Selection Ceremony for the 2026–2027 Academic Year was successfully held today at the Chekavatī Buddhist University.

The ceremony was attended by the Vice Rectors, the Chairperson and members of the Academic Board, as well as the final-year B.A. students.
During the ceremony, the students presented and selected their thesis topics under the guidance of the Academic Board as part of the requirements for the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. The event marked an important milestone in their academic journey and reflected the University's commitment to promoting quality research and academic excellence.

ကာလာမသုတ်နှင့် ခေတ်သစ်ပြဿနာများ

”အမှန်တရားဟာ စစ်ပွဲရဲ့ ပထမဆုံး သေဆုံးသူ ဖြစ်တယ်" လို့ ဆိုရိုးရှိပါတယ်။
ဘာသာရေးလူမျိုးရေးစီးပွားရေးတို့၏ စစ်အေးကာလလို့ဆိုရမဲ့ ယနေ့ခေတ်မှာ ဘာသာရေးအရရော၊ လူမျိုးရေးအရရော၊ စီးပွားရေးအရရော ကမ္ဘာ့နေရာအနှံ့မှာ မသိမသာရော သိသိသာသာရော မီဒီယာ စစ်ဖြစ်နေကြတယ်။ အမှန်တရားကို ဖျက်စီးခြင်းနဲ့ စစ်ပွဲကိုစကြတယ်။
” အဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုကို ဖျက်စီးဖို့ အမှားမြင်အောင် အမြင်မှားစရာတွေပဲ ထပ်တလဲလဲ ဖော်ပြခြင်း၊ အဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုက အမှားလုပ်ပြီး တစ်ဖက်ကို ပုံချခြင်း” တွေနဲ့ အနိုင်ရဖို့ကြိုးစားလာကြတယ်။ ထိုကဲ့သို့ ဖော်ပြချက်များ၊ တဖက်သတ်ပုံချခြင်းများကို ”ဝါဒဖြန့်ချိရေး (Propaganda)” လို့ခေါ်ပါတယ်။
လူထုရဲ့ အမြင်၊ ခံစားချက်နဲ့ သဘောထားတွေကို မိမိအလိုရှိသလို ဖြစ်လာအောင် သတင်းအချက် အလက်တွေကို ပုံဖျက်တာ၊ ချဲ့ကားတာ ဒါမှမဟုတ် တဖက်သတ် တင်ပြတာမျိုးတွေ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မီဒီယာကို လက်နက်အဖြစ်သုံးလိုက်တာပါ။
ထိုသို့တင်ပြတဲ့နေရာမှာလည်း ”ထပ်တလဲလဲ ပြောခြင်းဖြင့် အမှန်တရား ဖန်တီးခြင်း (The Illusory Truth Effect)” သဘောတရားကို အပိုင်ကိုင်ထားကြတယ်။
စိတ်ပညာမှာ "မုသားစကားတစ်ခုကို အကြိမ်ကြိမ် အဖန်ဖန် ကြားရဖန်များလာရင် လူတွေက အဲဒါကို အမှန်လို့ ထင်မှတ်သွားတတ်ကြတယ်" ဆိုတဲ့ သီအိုရီတစ်ခု ရှိပါတယ်။ နာဇီဝါဒဖြန့်ချိရေးဝန်ကြီး ဂျိုးဆက် ဂိုဘယ်လ် (Joseph Goebbels) ရဲ့ နာမည်ကြီးစကားဖြစ်တဲ့ "လိမ်ညာမှုတစ်ခုကို အကြိမ်တစ်ထောင်လောက် ထပ်ပြောရင် အဲဒါဟာ အမှန်တရား ဖြစ်သွားလိမ့်မယ်" ဆိုတာနဲ့ အတူတူပါပဲ။ သူများစကားကို နားယောင်ပြီး မိမိအမှန်တရားကို မဖျက်စီးမိဖို့ သတင်းအချက်လက်တွေကို ဘယ်လိုစစ်ဆေးမလဲ?

ကာလာမသုတ်ဖြင့်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
ကာလာမသုတ်ဟာ လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့နှစ် ၂၅၀၀ ကျော်က ဟောကြားခဲ့တာဖြစ်ပေမဲ့ ယနေ့ခေတ် Information Age (သတင်းအချက်အလက်ခေတ်) ရဲ့ သတင်းတု၊ သတင်းမှား (Fake News) တွေကို စစ်ထုတ်တဲ့နေရာမှာ Gold Standard (အကောင်းဆုံးစံနှုန်း) တစ်ခုလို့ ဆိုနိုင်ပါတယ်။
ဒီသုတ်တော်ထဲအချက် (၁၀) ချက်ထဲမှာ ယနေ့ခေတ် အချက်အလက်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း ( Fact-Check) လုပ်တဲ့နေရာမှာ အသုံးဝင်ဆုံးလို့ ယူဆရတဲ့ အချက် (၃) ချက်ကို ဖော်ပြပါမယ်။

၁။ မာ ဣတိကိရာယ (သတင်းကြားရုံမျှဖြင့် မယုံကြည်ပါနှင့်)
ယနေ့ခေတ် ဆိုရှယ်မီဒီယာ (Social Media) ပေါ်မှာ လူပြောများခြင်း ( Viral) ဖြစ်နေတဲ့ သတင်းတွေ၊ "ဒီလို ဖြစ်သတဲ့" ဆိုတဲ့ ကောလာဟလတွေဟာ ဒီအချက်နဲ့ တိုက်ရိုက်ဆိုင်ပါတယ်။
ရှယ် (Sharing) များနေရုံ၊ လူပြောများနေရုံနဲ့ အမှန်တရား မဟုတ်နိုင်ပါဘူး။ ယခုခေတ်မှာ ပြသနာဖြေရှင်းနည်း Algorithm (အယ်လဂိုရစ်သံ) တွေက လူကြိုက်များတာကိုပဲ ဖော်ပြတတ်တာကြောင့် "ကြားရရုံ (သို့မဟုတ်)(လူမှုကွန်ရက်) စာမျက်နှာပေါ် တက်လာရုံ (Feed ပေါ်တက်လာရုံ)" နဲ့ မယုံဖို့ ဘုရားရှင်က ကြိုတင်သတိပေးခဲ့တာပါ။

၂။ မာ အာကာရပရိဝိတက္ကေန (အခြင်းအရာကို ကြည့်ပြီး မယုံကြည်ပါနှင့်)
ဒါဟာ AI သုံး အတုအယောင်ဗီဒီယို (Deepfakes) တွေ၊ ပြုပြင်ထားတဲ့ ဓာတ်ပုံတွေနဲ့ ခိုင်လုံပုံရအောင် ဖန်တီးထားတဲ့ အချက်အလက်ပြ ပုံကားချပ် (Data Visualization) တွေအတွက် အလွန်အသုံးဝင်ပါတယ်။
ယနေ့ခေတ် သတင်းတစ်ခုက ကြည့်ရတာ ပရော်ဖက်ရှင်နယ် ကျနေရုံ၊ ဝဘ်ဆိုက်စာမျက်နှာ ( Website interface) ကောင်းနေရုံ၊ သတင်းတင်ဆက်သူက ယုံကြည်စရာကောင်းနေရုံ (Visual Credibility) နဲ့ အမှန်လို့ သတ်မှတ်လို့မရပါဘူး။ အပြင်ပန်း လက္ခဏာ (Appearance) ထက် အနှစ်သာရကို စစ်ဆေးဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

၃။ မာ ဒိဋ္ဌိနိဇ္ဈာနက္ခန္တိယာ (မိမိအယူအဆနှင့် ကိုက်ညီရုံမျှဖြင့် မယုံကြည်ပါနှင့်)
ဒါဟာ အချက်အလက်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း (Fact-check) လုပ်တဲ့နေရာမှာ အခက်ခဲဆုံးနဲ့ အရေးအကြီးဆုံးအချက် ဖြစ်တဲ့ Confirmation Bias (မိမိယုံကြည်ပြီးသားကိုပဲ ထပ်မံအတည်ပြုလိုစိတ်) ကို တိုက်ဖျက်တာပါ။
ယနေ့ခေတ် လူများစုဟာ ကိုယ်မုန်းတဲ့လူအကြောင်း မကောင်းပြောရင် အလွယ်တကူယုံတတ်ပြီး ကိုယ်ချစ်တဲ့လူအကြောင်း မကောင်းပြောရင်တော့ ငြင်းပယ်တတ်ကြပါတယ်။ မိမိရဲ့ အကြိုက် (သို့မဟုတ်) ဘက်လိုက်မူ Bias နဲ့ ကိုက်ညီနေတဲ့ သတင်းမျိုးကို တွေ့ရင် ပိုပြီးတောင် သတိထားစစ်ဆေးရမယ်လို့ ဆိုလိုတာပါ။
ကာလာမသုတ်ရဲ့ အချက်အလက်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း (Fact-check) နည်းလမ်းဟာ "Critical Thinking" (ဝေဖန်ပိုင်းခြားနိုင်သော စဉ်းစားတွေးခေါ်မှု) ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဘုရားရှင်က သတင်းတစ်ခုကို လက်ခံတော့မယ်ဆိုရင် အရင်းအမြစ် (Source) တစ်ခုတည်းကို မကြည့်ဘဲ-
ယုတ္တိဗေဒဆိုင်ရာ ရှေ့နောက်ညီညွတ်မှု (Logical consistency) အရ သတင်းတစ်ခုဟာ ကျိုးကြောင်းဆီလျော်မှု ရှိ၊ မရှိ? လက်တွေ့ရလဒ် (Practical result) အမြင်ဖြင့် ဒီသတင်းကို ယုံကြည်ပြီး လိုက်နာရင် အကျိုးရှိလား၊ အပြစ်ဖြစ်လား? ဆိုတဲ့ အချက်တွေကို ကိုယ်တိုင် ဆင်ခြင်ဖို့ တိုက်တွန်းထားတာပါ။
စိတ်ဝင်စားစရာ အကောင်းဆုံးအချက်က ကာလာမသုတ်ဟာ "မယုံနဲ့" လို့ပဲ ပြောတာမဟုတ်ဘဲ "ဘယ်လို စမ်းသပ်ရမလဲ" ဆိုတဲ့ နည်းလမ်း (Methodology) ကို ပေးခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ပျံ့လာတဲ့ ဝါဒတွေ၊ အယူအဆတွေကို ရမ်းမယုံပါနဲ့ စစ်ဆေးပါ၊ စမ်းသပ်ပါ။ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့အမှန်တရားကို သူများစကားနဲ့ မဖျက်စီးမိစေဖို့ ကာလာမသုတ်အတိုင်း လိုက်နာကျင့်သုံးနိုင်ကြပါစေ။
