အသည်းအသန် သရုပ်ဆောင်ရင်း
ဘဝရဲ့ ခွန်အားတချို့ကို
မသိလိုက်ဘဲ ဆုံးရှုံးခံတတ်ကြတယ်။

ကိုယ်ဘယ်လောက်ကြိုးစားကြိုးစား
သူတို့လိုချင်တာက ကိုယ် မဟုတ်ဘူး။

ကိုယ့်တန်ဖိုးကို တကယ်နားလည်တဲ့နေရာမှာ ကိုယ်တန်ဖိုးရှိကြောင်း သက်သေပြစရာ မလိုဘူး။

ကိုယ့်ကိုလေးစားတဲ့ လူတွေရှေ့မှာ
အတင်းအကျပ် အိုက်တင်လုပ်နေစရာ မလိုဘူး။

တန်ဖိုးရှိတဲ့ဆက်ဆံရေးဆိုတာ
ကိုယ်မောနေမှန်း သိတဲ့အခါ
ပိုပြေးခိုင်းတာ မဟုတ်ဘဲ
ခဏနားပါဦး လို့ ပြောပေးတတ်တာမျိုးပါ။

ဒါကြောင့်
ဘဝမှာ
ကိုယ်မပါတဲ့ဇာတ်ညွှန်းတွေအတွက်
အရမ်းမပြေးပါနဲ့။

တချို့ပွဲတွေမှာ
ထွက်သွားတတ်ခြင်းက
ရှုံးနိမ့်တာ မဟုတ်ဘူး။
ကိုယ့်တန်ဖိုးကို
ကိုယ်ပြန်လေးစားတတ်လာခြင်းပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Some people cannot differentiate the difference between being needed and being truly valued.

And because of that,
they unknowingly exhaust themselves acting desperately in roles that were never truly meant for them, slowly losing parts of their strength along the way.

In some places,
no matter how hard you try,
what others really want
is not you.

What they want
is the benefit they receive from you, what you can provide,
or how useful you are to them.

Yet,
in those very places,
we often run ourselves breathless trying to prove our worth.

In psychology,
there is a concept called
“Need for Validation.”

When a person begins searching for their value through the approval of others, they may force themselves to belong in places where they were never truly appreciated.

But the truth is—
in places where your worth is genuinely understood,
you never need to prove that you matter.

In front of people who truly respect you, there is no need to pretend or struggle to impress.

A valuable relationship
is not one that pushes you to run faster when you are already exhausted, but one that gently says, "Take a rest for a while.”

So in life,
do not run too hard
for stories that were never written for you.

Sometimes,
walking away from certain stages is not defeat.

It is simply learning
to honor your own worth again.
