Before we enter what God promised, He prepares what is inside us. Before we enter God’s Promised Land, He wants to circumcise our hearts because we cannot walk fully into a new promise while holding tightly to an old heart. God is not only preparing the promise for us. He is preparing our hearts for the promise.
