LIGHT OF CHRIST, a name chosen by the pioneer leaders of this church, is an independent fellowship of Bible believers. In theology, we subscribed to the "Apostles' Creed". 📖Philippians 3:1–15
Paul encourages believers to rejoice in the Lord and remain spiritually alert against false teachers who place confidence in outward religion and human achievements. He explains that true believers worship God through the Spirit and place their confidence in Christ alone, not in religious status, works, or personal accomplishments. Paul shares his own testimony, counting all his former privileges and successes as loss compared to the supreme value of knowing Christ Jesus. He also teaches believers not to live in pride or remain trapped by past failures, but to press forward toward spiritual maturity and the heavenly calling in Christ.
Examine where your confidence truly lies whether in your achievements, reputation, religion, or in Christ alone and choose daily to pursue a deeper relationship with Jesus above everything else.

✅A mother prays with faith and trusts God with her children like Hannah, who pours out her pain before God and surrenders her son Samuel to the Lord.
A mother prays honestly, even in deep sorrow, and believes that God hears her cries and answers in His perfect time.
✅A mother persists in faith like the Canaanite Woman, who does not give up even when she faces silence and apparent rejection from Jesus Christ.
A mother continues to trust God until breakthrough comes, believing that delay is not denial.
✅A mother multiplies faith like Lois and Eunice, who pass sincere faith to Timothy through daily teaching and example.
A mother’s faith is not only personal but becomes a spiritual legacy that shapes the next generation.
🙏Therefore, a mother’s faith truly shapes generations through prayer, persistence, and multiplication.

We all desire unity, but unity does not grow in pride . It grows in humility. Jesus did not cling to His glory but humbled Himself to serve.
He took the lowest place and obeyed even to death on a cross. Because of this, God exalted Him and gave Him the highest honor.
Christ’s humility is not only our Savior, it is our model for how we live together. When we humble ourselves and put others first, true unity begins and continues. Let Christ's humility move us to humble ourselves and serve others.
✅ This week, choose one person to serve quietly and intentionally without expecting recognition.

✝️The Power of Blessing✝️

📖Psalm 1:1–3 and Ephesians 1:3–6.

Today’s message explored the true meaning and power of blessings. In the Old Testament, the Hebrew understanding of blessing reflects God’s favor, provision, and life-giving presence. In the New Testament, Jesus modeled blessing through His words and actions, extending grace from children to all people. We are reminded that blessing is not only something we receive from God, but also something we are called to give. Like David, who blessed the Lord, we are invited to live lives that honor and glorify God. At the same time, we are called to intentionally speak life, encouragement, and kindness into the lives of others. May we become channels of God’s blessing, reflecting His love in every relationship and situation.

✝️Faith in Silence✝️
📖Psalm 46:10

Psalm teaches that even in suffering, loss, and uncertainty, God calls His people to be still and trust Him. It acknowledges the deep pain of unanswered prayers and the feeling that God is silent in times of crisis.

However, Scripture shows that God’s silence does not mean His absence, as seen in the lives of David, Habakkuk, and Joseph.
Often, God uses seasons of silence as preparation for His greater purposes.
Believers are called to have faith in unanswered prayers, trusting God’s wisdom like Paul, Hannah, and in the story of Lazarus.

Even in loss, hope remains because God is working all things for good and often speaks in quiet, gentle ways. Therefore, faith rests not in circumstances but in God’s unchanging character, trusting that unseen growth will eventually lead to breakthrough.

✅When you experience silence or delayed answers, choose to remain faithful in prayer and trust God’s timing, believing that He is still working even when you cannot see it.

✝️Intimacy with God✝️

Intimacy with God can be broken by sin but can also be restored through repentance. David, who once had a close relationship with God, lost it because of his sin but regained it by humbly acknowledging his wrongdoing. He did not blame others or his circumstances; instead, he took full responsibility and expressed genuine, heartfelt sorrow. The passage teaches that all people are sinners by nature and must confess their sin before God. True intimacy with God begins with acknowledging Him and comes through repentance. Restoration and righteousness are only possible through God’s grace, made available through the finished work of Christ on the cross.
Take time today to examine your heart honestly before God. Confess any known sin without excuse, and ask Him to restore your intimacy with Him through sincere repentance.
