It’s the question we rarely ask—
but can’t afford to ignore.
“What has the church gained if it is popular but there is no conviction, no repentance, no power?” — A. W. Tozer
A crowded room can still be empty.
Voices can be loud—
while hearts stay untouched.
We can gather, sing, and leave…
without ever being changed.
Because growth is easy to measure.
But transformation isn’t.
The early church wasn’t built on appeal—
it was marked by power.
So maybe the real question isn’t,
“How do we grow this?”
But,
“Is God truly at work among us?”
