နှိမ့်ချခြင်းနဲ့ ကိုယ်ချင်းစာစိတ်တွေ ထားတတ်ဖို့
လေ့ကျင့် သင်ကြား ပေးနေတာပါ။

​စိတ်နှလုံး နူးညံ့သိမ်မွေ့ပြီး
ကောင်းစားအောင်မြင်သောသူ ဖြစ်လာဖို့
