Whenever we pray to God,we should know that we are speaking with Him directly from His Throne in Heaven. Every answer He gives to us comes from Heaven,where His court is, to choose and decide about what should happen. The Bible reveals in 2 Corinthians 1:20 that the promises of God in Christ are Yes and Amen. This says that whatever we ask from God He gives us,but it's our responsibility to receive from Him.
However,there's a world called the SPIRIT WORLD,where all spirits except God's Spirit dwell. This Spirit world bore the Physical world that we live in. It is operated by principles just like this physical world we live within. This world is also a barrier between Heaven and Physical world.
This is the world with which archangel Gabriel was withstood by the Prince of the kingdom of Persia as Daniel 10:12-13 reveals. Gabriel came with Daniel's answer that was Yes and Amen from God since day 1 Daniel prayed,but the force from the Spirit World withstood him. So it was Daniel's heavenly force that made a way for Gabriel to pass through and bring the answer to Daniel by bringing Michael into aid. So there are principalities, powers,the rulers of the darkness, spiritual hosts of wickedness that withstand our answers from God as His children. However,only they that know their God , prevail through,by coworking with God.
Matthew 18:18 reveals that whatever we bind on earth is bound in heaven, and whatever we permit/loose on earth is permitted/loosed in heaven. The Lord Jesus does not say it's bound in the spirit world or permitted in the Spirit World,but he says it's done in Heaven, because heaven rules over Spirit World, it's where final decision is made. It's where God's Throne is to bring into fulfillment His Righteousness and His Justice, Psalm 89:14.
This then says heaven by God's Law enforces a way over the principles of the Spirit World that spirits such as witchcraft or sorcery operates by. All the spirits that dwell there have no right over God's child,but they can manipulate or influence one's life by principles that govern that world where they dwell,with principles such as sowing the cursing words upon one's life. The witchcraft spirit then brings curses to pass unto one's life.
This realm is where practically,our dreams(information) from God is being interfered with, ending up forgetting them. But they that are not God's children and some Christians that do not obey God's commandments, John [14:21-23], receive dreams from this realm from certain spirits dwelling there such as sangoma spirit and think that it's God voice calling them. But anyone knowing his God prevails by fellowshipping with the Holy Spirit as their Helper to enforce the authority they have.
Hearing God's voice CLEARLY without interruption of evil spirits and obeying it determines a great intimacy with God, John 14:21-23,as it symbolises a complete dominance over the Spirit World, overcoming a barrier it had set between Heaven and Physical world.
So our dominion in our life is dependent on heaven as our backup, where all choices and decisions are made by God on His Throne in His Court. We reign and rule as Kings and Priests with our Lord Jesus Christ from this place.
An example of Heaven dominating the Spirit World is also seen in Exodus 10 where Moses and Aaron threw their rod to the ground, with the magicians and sorcerers of Pharaoh also throwing theirs in like manner. However, Moses and Aaron rod swallowed theirs. Moses and Aaron threw the rod under God's command,but magicians and sorcerers under Spirit World's influence,so heaven had to dominate the Spirit World because God's word is above and final.
Another example is seen in 1 Kings 18:21-40 where Prophet Elijah seized the Baal prophets.
So with this teaching,I am telling you that you have to pray to enforce your things to come in order. To know that you are anointed and appointed a prophet is not enough,you need to push to bring into fulfillment God's word in your life. Otherwise the prince of kingdom of Persia will withstand all that's been said of you, and allocate to someone that worships him. Your dreams that you forget,are being withstood by the prince of the kingdom of Persia, your prayer' answers from God that's been Yes and Amen since day 1 you prayed to God,are been withstood by the prince of Persia if you have not received it yet. So pray,speak, command over that prince to loose what's due to you. Shalom
