Effective Leadership Association (ELA)focuses primarily on equipping those who are willing to function as Leaders in different fields, and those who are already in the field. The major crises facing the Church, politics, businesses, defense, education, governments etc is in the area of leadership. The instabilities and political and church fragmentations are a direct result of ineffectiveness of l
