Matthew 24:12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.

Wickedness both outside the church and within it will have a chilling effect on Christians. At the end few will still be zealous in their love for God and man, most will go the way of the churches of Ephesus and Laodicea (Rev 2:4; 3:15). We must always remember that when love is gone all is gone (1 Cor 13:1-3).⚜

Word Immersion

"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. Colossians 3:16"

The main responsibility of a child of God is to immerse himself or herself in the Word of God. As you do that, God qualifies you to teach His Word and admonish others.

The same Word in you is converted to spiritual songs, psalms, and hymns to bless the Lord and His people. Dear reader, what steps are you taking to make the Word dwell in you?
