The anointing is not available to those who casually browse for it but to those who are desirous and seek for it as though it is a treasure.

Having a desire for the anointing will lead to the specific result of having the anointing.

God will pass over all who don’t care much for the anointing to give it to a person who strongly desires it. I see God passing over many people to get to you now!
