PROTOCOL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF OUR NEWLY ELECTED OFFICIALS Scheduled for Sunday, February 8, 2026
Greetings, Fellow Crusaders,
As we await this important day in the life of our CYO to witness another leadership transition, we humbly seek your attention and cooperation regarding the following protocol set by the Installation Team:
PART ONE (INDOOR PROGRAM)
๐ NOTE: The Second Mass, is scheduled for the installation of our newly elected leadership, and will begin at 10:00 AM.
All youths and invited guests (visiting CYO Presidents, AYA, AYS, Animators, Mentors, and Parishioners) are expected to be seated before the stated time.
๐ The pews facing directly toward the Tabernacle are reserved for seating of all youths, including:
Outgoing and newly elected leadership
Visiting CYO Presidents
AYA and AYS representatives and
Youths across the Parish
SEATING ARRANGEMENTS๐
๐ The newly elected leadership will sit on the first front pew, followed by:
(The Outgoing leadership, AYS and
AYA Representatives,
Deaneries Chairs,
Visiting CYO Presidents and leadership)
All remaining pews at the back are arranged for the general body of youths.
๐ Animators, Mentors, and Parents are to sit on the front-row pews beside the choir bar.
๐ The Offertory will be led by the newly elected leadership.
All youths (including visiting CYOs) are encouraged to participate.
๐ The installation of the newly elected officials will commence immediately after the second collections (following the Parish Announcements)
๐ Thereafter, the Master of Ceremony will take the podium to carry out a brief indoor program, which includes:
Welcome statement and introduction,
Recognition of guests, presentation and installation,
Blessing of the newly elected officials, Certification,
Brief turnover statement by the outgoing leadership,
Inaugural address and Final blessing of the congregation
๐ Before the recession, the newly installed leadership shall join the priest for a photo followed by the recession.
๐ After the Mass, there will be a photo session at the church entrance with the newly installed officials.
Visiting CYO Presidents, AYS/AYA leadership, parents, and guests are encouraged to participate, as the Media Team will coordinate the session.

PART TWO (OUTDOOR PROGRAM)
๐ All participants are to assemble at the Parish Mini Multi-Purpose Shelter right on the Church Compound for Part Two of the program, which includes: (Refreshments, Remarks from organizations,
Remarks from visiting CYO Presidents, AYA, AYS, Deanery Chairs, Parishioners, and others
๐ All invited CYO Presidents, AYS staff, AYA President and leadership, Deanery Chairs, and special guests are kindly requested to notify the Protocol Team (Ushers) upon their arrival at the church entrance for proper seating arrangements.
๐ NOTE: The Parish Media Team will handle all videos, photographs, and the Facebook live Mass and Program.
๐ All youths within the parish are to wear their CYO uniform or T-shirt.
