Let us begin by reading Revelation 22:11,
11 He who is unjust, let him be unjust still (when time runs out and there is no more warning and coaxing to repent); he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still.” (This is a time when all has been decided.)
That day is approaching quickly and this scripture will soon be fulfilled. It will then be too late to change. Even those born again, perhaps even Spirit filled ones that are busy in the world and caught up in the activity of its systems will not have enough truth in them to shine their way to Christ's victory. It will be like the parable of the virgins for them.
Matthew 25:6-13
6 “And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!’ (How frightening would that be if not ready!)
7 Then all those virgins (meaning they are the born again, spirit filled) arose and trimmed their lamps.
8 And the foolish (ones that were caught up in the world) said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’
9 But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’
10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came (it's too late!), and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. (Wouldn't that be frightening too!)
11 “Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’
12 But he (Jesus) answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’ (They did not have time for a real relationship.)
13 “Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.
