Happy New Month to you all.
This month, we are charged to teach from the topic:
"Saved to Serve"
2 Timothy 1:9
This means that by grace we were saved for service. We are saved for the purpose of doing God's holy work. We are saved for his purpose not for our purpose.
Pual was instructing Timothy that the salvation that comes by grace is for serving the Lord in holiness.
This goes to the young people as well that the salvation we have is to be worked out with fear, trembling, and gratitude.
God did not keep us alive for our own purpose, but for us to declare his marvelous and wonderous works through service in all forms ns.
So, as you see a new day, a new week, a new month, use the chance to return service to the Lord who is the reason for your life.
Don't live for yourself, don't serve anyone or anything, Only God. When we do so, our salvation is sured, divine success and prosperity, favor and blessings will be thrown our way throw the floodgates of heaven.
Been saved each day to see another day is a chance to do what God wants us to do. We serve a God of second chance ; he will not always give us the chance.
The hour, the day, or the week or month he will not give us the second chance to correct the mistakes we are making, we don't know.
Now that we are not consumed by death, the evil of this world, let us not waste the second chance we have this month, let's not waste the salvation we have. But with fear, trembling, commitment and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, let us not allow anyone, anything, to stand before our service to God. For God is watching from distance what each of us are going to do to serve him in July, and such will be recorded in his "Scroll of Remembrance" ( Malachi 3:16-17).
Give careful thoughts to this, in Jesus name.
