OFFICIAL FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS:
Homegoing Service of the Late Rev. Moses G. Tarr
Senior Pastor, Beawo Baptist Church
The Pastors, Officers, and Members of the Beawo Baptist Church hereby announce the funeral arrangements and scheduled activities leading to the interment of our beloved Senior Pastor, the late Rev. Moses G. Tarr.
Following a duly convened meeting concluded today, the following arrangements were agreed upon:
1. Removal of the Body
Date: Friday, February 13, 2026
Time: 3:00 p.m.
The remains will be removed from Striker Funeral Home and escorted to the Beawo Baptist Church, Gibson Avenue, between 17&18 streets Sinkor.
All pastors are respectfully requested to be attired in black suits with white shirts.
Pastors and church choirs will march in a solemn procession, accompanied by a marching band, from Striker Funeral Home to the Beawo Baptist Church.
2. Wake-Keeping Service
Date: Friday, February 13, 2026
Time: 8:00 p.m.
The wake will be held at the Beawo Baptist Church.
3. Funeral Service
Date: Saturday, February 14, 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m.
The funeral service will take place at the Beawo Baptist Church, followed by interment in Paynesville.
In light of the above, we wish to disseminate this information in the Pastoral Fellowship Chat Room to keep all our pastors updated.
