*"Season Your Speech"* 🙏
_Number 5:22, Isaiah 4:3, 1 Samuel 16:1, Proverbs 11:25, Proverbs 19:17, Mark 10:21_
Here’s how those scriptures can season your speech and your life:
*1. Speak with Wisdom and Refreshment*
*Proverbs 11:25*
_"A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed."_
Season your words to lift people. When your speech gives hope, encouragement, and life, God will refresh you too.
*Proverbs 19:17*
_"Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward them for what they have done."_
Let your speech defend the voiceless. Words of kindness and advocacy are an investment in God’s kingdom.
*2. Speak with Purpose and Obedience*
*1 Samuel 16:1*
_"The Lord said to Samuel, 'How long will you mourn for Saul... Fill your horn with oil and be on your way; I am sending you...'"_
God is saying: stop dwelling on what’s behind. Season your speech with forward-moving faith. Speak life over new assignments.
*Mark 10:21*
_"Jesus looked at him and loved him. 'One thing you lack,' he said. 'Go, sell everything... and come, follow me.'"_
Season your speech with truth in love. Sometimes the most loving thing we can say calls people higher, to surrender and follow Christ fully.
*3. Speak with Purity and Holiness*
*Isaiah 4:3*
_"Those who are left in Zion, who remain in Jerusalem, will be called holy..."_
Your words should mark you as set apart. Let your speech be clean, truthful, and full of grace. People should hear God in the way you talk.
*Number 5:22*
_"May this water that brings a curse enter your body so that your abdomen swells or your womb miscarries."_
This is about consequences. Season your speech with integrity. Words have power — they can bless or they can curse. Choose words that bring life, not destruction.
