Queen Esther Chapter No. 1

Queen Esther Chapter No. 1 The first subordinate Chapter of the Grand Chapter of the O.E.S., Republic of Liberia. Established June 3rd, 1896..

Queen Esther Chapter No. 1 started her journey on June 3rd, 1889, when the General Grand Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, Republic of Liberia instituted and installed the Chapter with Worthy Sister Spurgeon and Worthy Brother Ferguson as its first Worthy Matron and Worthy Patron respectively. Queen Esther Chapter is named after one of the five heroines on the Order.
