Millennium Construction Incorporated, registered in May 2018 under the business registration laws of the Republic of Liberia started its operating in the Republic of Liberia as a private sector real estate developer. The company started in the Republic of Liberia in the city of Montserrado by leasing properties and renovating them to modern standards to let to interested clients. This venture saw
the company buying into the Hotel then (Millennium Guest House & Suites) renovating it to modern taste and running full operations as a 2star hotel with over a 100seater capacity restaurant and conference facilities. Abdulai Is to create an atmosphere of modern lifestyle community in Liberia where the Real Estate market is concerned, owing the housing deficit facing the country. This idea gave birth to the company’s vision of new housing sites, this was done in partnership with the National Housing Authority of Liberia, and saw the development of the following Housing projects:
1. MINNESOTA ESTATE:
In October 2019, the company started its full construction operations in Liberia, situated in Karr Town, 5 kilometers from the Roberts International Airport, in Margibi County to build an Estate with modern social amenities to serve the community and also grow the real estate market in Liberia. Situated in a serene and beautiful landscape with a land size of about 80 acres to build 150 economic houses. This community will have a School from crèche to Secondary level, a clinic a social club for residence and a modern market facility. This will run over a 3year period and its currently ongoing.
2. ATLANTA ESTATE (IN THE 14 MILITARY CITY)
Our second project started in April 2020, we decided to draw closer into town but still in the Margibi County where we have started developing a new area with a total land size of 1178 acres of land directly opposite the Kesseley barracks to build the ATLANTA ESTATE at the 14th Military City in 3 different phases. This Estate will have a total estimate of 5000 houses comprising of 2 – 4 bedroom units to be built in 3 phases over a period of 5 years.

Owing to the housing deficit facing the country and also the impossible will of Liberians living in the diaspora to own a litigation free house in their home country, not forgetting the squabble with family members and trusted friends about hard earned funds sent home for such projects.
